城市兒童不良飲食行為現(xiàn)狀及其干預(yù)研究

【摘要】:目的:調(diào)查城市兒童不良飲食行為現(xiàn)狀,分析相關(guān)影響因素。 方法:選定七所幼兒園共1138名兒童及其家長(zhǎng)作為研究對(duì)象,采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法調(diào)查兒童的五種不良飲食行為:進(jìn)食過(guò)多(午餐進(jìn)食能量超過(guò)每日進(jìn)食能量推薦量的一半)、進(jìn)食過(guò)快(午餐進(jìn)食速度少于15分鐘)、喝甜飲料(每周至少3次)、進(jìn)食“洋快餐”(每月至少一次)、進(jìn)食油炸食物(每周至少2次),分析與之相關(guān)的影響因素。 結(jié)果:兒童中五種不良飲食行為(進(jìn)食過(guò)多、進(jìn)食過(guò)快、喝甜飲料、進(jìn)食“洋快餐”、進(jìn)食油炸食物)的發(fā)生率分別為62.7%、32.6%、29.2%、36.3%、5.4%。其中兒童不良飲食行為發(fā)生率與與家庭中使用不健康食物激勵(lì)孩子的行為和家庭不健康的飲食環(huán)境呈正相關(guān),與其BMI系數(shù)、年齡、性別、家庭類(lèi)型、父母文化程度、經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況無(wú)關(guān)。 結(jié)論:城市兒童中不良飲食行為較為普遍,,這些行為與家庭中使用不健康食物激勵(lì)孩子的行為和家庭中不健康的飲食環(huán)境有關(guān)。 目的:對(duì)學(xué)齡前兒童進(jìn)行飲食行為的干預(yù)性研究,評(píng)價(jià)干預(yù)的效果。 方法:研究對(duì)象為來(lái)自7所幼兒園的學(xué)齡前兒童,按照幼兒園隨機(jī)分為卡片干預(yù)園、一般干預(yù)園和對(duì)照?qǐng)@,對(duì)干預(yù)園進(jìn)行以卡片為主的飲食行為干預(yù),一般干預(yù)園采用張貼海報(bào)及召開(kāi)家長(zhǎng)會(huì)等常規(guī)方法進(jìn)行干預(yù)、對(duì)照組不做任何干預(yù)(課題結(jié)束后給予干預(yù)資料及方法),干預(yù)時(shí)間為2010年3月-2010年6月。 結(jié)果:①卡片干預(yù)園的兒童進(jìn)食”洋快餐”、甜飲料和油炸食物的頻率均下降(P0.001),而一般干預(yù)園和對(duì)照?qǐng)@兒童僅有油炸食物進(jìn)食頻率下降(P值分別為0.010和0.027)?ㄆ深A(yù)園和一般干預(yù)園的父母中,使用三種不健康食物對(duì)兒童進(jìn)行獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)的父母親比例降低了(P0.05),而對(duì)照?qǐng)@的比例并未改變(P0.05)。②卡片干預(yù)園的兒童進(jìn)食三種不健康食物的頻率隨著時(shí)間推進(jìn)而下降(P value for trend: P0.001)。③該方法對(duì)學(xué)齡前兒童的飲食行為糾正效果明顯,家長(zhǎng)接受度高,幼兒園普遍歡迎,適合在幼兒園推廣。 結(jié)論:使用飲食行為卡片對(duì)學(xué)齡前兒童的飲食行為糾正效果明顯,家長(zhǎng)接受度高,幼兒園普遍歡迎,適合在幼兒園推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the status of poor diet behavior in urban children and analyze the related factors. Methods: 1138 children and their parents in seven kindergartens were selected as subjects. A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate five unhealthy eating behaviors in children: overeating (eating energy more than half of the recommended daily energy for lunch, eating too fast) (eating less than 15 minutes at lunch, drinking sweet drinks) (at least 3 times a week, eat "foreign fast food" (at least once a month), eat fried food (at least 2 times a week), analyze the related factors. Results: the incidence of five unhealthy eating behaviors (eating too much, eating too fast, drinking sweet drinks, eating "foreign fast food" and eating fried food) were 62.7 and 32.62.29. 2 respectively. The incidence of unhealthy eating behavior in children was positively correlated with the behavior of children who used unhealthy food to motivate children and the unhealthy eating environment in the family. It was correlated with BMI coefficient, age, sex, family type, and parents' education level. The economy has nothing to do with it. Conclusion: unhealthy eating behaviors are more common in urban children. These behaviors are related to the behavior of using unhealthy food to stimulate children and the unhealthy eating environment in the family. Methods: preschool children from 7 kindergartens were randomly divided into card intervention garden, general intervention garden and control garden. The general intervention garden used posters and parent-teacher meetings to intervene, while the control group did not do any intervention.
