【摘要】：目的：通過對(duì)高低睪酮水平的青少年在三種情緒面孔刺激下大腦激活狀態(tài)的觀察，探討睪酮對(duì)情緒面孔識(shí)別的影響。 方法：10名高睪酮水平青少年和10名低睪酮水平青少年參與本研究，兩組被試分別觀看高興面孔圖片、中性面孔圖片和憤怒面孔圖片，同時(shí)采用3.0Tesla核磁共振掃描系統(tǒng)獲取被試的大腦活動(dòng)信號(hào)，獲得的數(shù)據(jù)使用SPM5軟件分析處理。 結(jié)果：⑴兩組被試觀看高興面孔圖片引起的正性情緒反應(yīng)評(píng)分無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異，觀看憤怒圖片引起的負(fù)性情緒有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異；⑵高睪酮水平組，觀看高興情緒面孔圖片時(shí)，平均激活腦區(qū)：左側(cè)額葉中央前、后回、左側(cè)顳中回、左側(cè)扣帶回，右側(cè)顳葉(Sub-gyral)、右側(cè)島葉；⑶低睪酮水平組觀看高興圖片激活腦區(qū)：左側(cè)額中回、右側(cè)顳葉顳上回；⑷高睪酮組觀看高興面孔情緒圖片比低睪酮組觀看高興面孔情緒激活增加腦區(qū)是：左側(cè)頂下小葉、左側(cè)額上回、左顳中回、左側(cè)顳下回、額中回、中央前回，右側(cè)中央前回，右側(cè)扣帶回；⑸高睪酮水平組在憤怒面孔圖片刺激下平均激活腦區(qū)為：左側(cè)額葉(Sub-gyral)、左側(cè)顳上回、左側(cè)頂葉(Sub-gyral)，右側(cè)顳中回，右側(cè)扣帶回，右側(cè)楔前葉，右側(cè)島葉、右側(cè)額葉(Sub-gyral)；⑹低睪酮水平組觀看憤怒情緒面孔圖片時(shí)激活腦區(qū)：左側(cè)額下回，左楔前葉、左側(cè)前額葉(Sub-gyral)、左側(cè)頂楔葉、左側(cè)小腦前、后葉，右側(cè)小腦前葉；⑺高睪酮組在憤怒情緒面孔刺激下較低睪酮組在憤怒情緒面孔刺激任務(wù)下激活增加的腦區(qū)：右側(cè)額葉額上回、額中回、額下回、中央后回，左側(cè)頂葉頂下小葉，右側(cè)邊緣葉扣帶回，右側(cè)楔前葉，左側(cè)島葉；⑻.高睪酮水平組憤怒情緒圖片刺激比高睪酮高興情緒圖片刺激激活更多的腦區(qū)：右額中回、額下回。⑼高睪酮水平組觀看高興情緒面孔圖片比觀看憤怒情緒面孔多激活腦區(qū)：左額葉（sub-gyrus），左右小腦扁桃體。⑽低睪酮水平組觀看憤怒圖片比觀看高興圖片多激活的腦區(qū)是：右側(cè)頂葉（sub-gyral）、左頂楔前葉。⑾高睪酮水平組觀看中性情緒面孔圖片激活腦區(qū)：右側(cè)額葉中央前回、Sub-gyral，，左側(cè)顳葉顳上回，右側(cè)邊緣葉扣帶回，左側(cè)頂葉中央旁小葉；⑿低睪酮組在中性面孔條件下激活腦區(qū)：右側(cè)枕葉踞狀皮層，左頂葉低睪酮組觀看中性圖片激活增加腦區(qū)為：右側(cè)額上、中回，左右側(cè)中央后回，左側(cè)頂下小葉，右側(cè)頂葉（Sub-gyral），左側(cè)島葉。Sub-gyral，楔葉；⒀高比低睪酮組觀看中性圖片激活增加腦區(qū)為：右側(cè)額上、中回，左右側(cè)中央后回，左側(cè)頂下小葉，右側(cè)頂葉（Sub-gyral），左側(cè)島葉。⒁睪酮水平與高興任務(wù)下激活的左側(cè)中央前回(r=0.654)、左側(cè)顳中回(r=0.632)、右側(cè)顳葉sub-gyral(r=0.639)正相關(guān),與憤怒面孔識(shí)別任務(wù)下的右側(cè)島葉(r=0.644),右側(cè)楔前葉(r=0.632)激活強(qiáng)度正相關(guān)。 結(jié)論： 1.人類情緒加工涉及到多個(gè)大腦皮層和大腦皮層下區(qū)域的神經(jīng)激活，負(fù)性情緒加工涉及的腦區(qū)較正性情緒加工所涉及更多的腦區(qū)。負(fù)性情緒(憤怒)加工主要涉及右半球腦區(qū)，而正性(快樂)面孔情緒加工主要涉及左半球。 2.高睪酮水平情緒加工涉及更多腦區(qū)參與，低睪酮水平則相反。 3.睪酮水平與3個(gè)高興腦區(qū)（左側(cè)中央前回、顳中回，右側(cè)顳葉sub-gyral）,2個(gè)憤怒腦區(qū)（右側(cè)島葉、右側(cè)楔前葉）的激活強(qiáng)度正相關(guān)。 4.高睪酮水平組中性圖片與憤怒圖片激活類似，睪酮水平增加可能導(dǎo)致負(fù)飄移（中性圖像→憤怒圖片）。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the effect of testosterone on emotional face recognition in adolescents with low testosterone levels under the stimulation of three kinds of emotional faces.
Methods: 10 adolescents with high testosterone level and 10 adolescents with low testosterone level were involved in this study. The two groups of subjects watched images of happy faces, images of neutral faces and images of angry faces, and the brain activity signals were obtained by 3.0Tesla MRI scanning system. The data obtained were analyzed by SPM5 software.
Results: (1) there was no statistical difference in the positive emotional response score of the two groups, and the negative emotion caused by the anger picture was statistically different. (2) in the high testosterone level group, the average activation of the brain area was observed in the picture of happy emotional faces: the left frontal lobe, the posterior gyrus, the left temporal gyrus, and the left cingulate gyrus, The right temporal lobe (Sub-gyral), the right Island leaf, and the low testosterone level group watched the activation of the brain area: the left middle frontal gyrus, the right temporal lobe, and the high testosterone group watching happy face mood images than the low testosterone group watching the activation of the happy face activation in the brain area: left apical lobule, left upper frontal gyrus, left temporal gyrus, left temporal lobe The lower frontal gyrus, the anterior central gyrus, the right anterior central gyrus, and the right cingulate gyrus; the left frontal lobe (Sub-gyral), left temporal gyrus, left parietal lobe (Sub-gyral), right temporal gyrus, right cingulate gyrus, right cingulate gyrus, right anterior cuneus, right Island lobe, right frontal lobe (Sub-gyral); The left frontal lobe, left prefrontal lobe (Sub-gyral), left parietal lobe, left anterior cerebellar, posterior lobe, right anterior lobe of the cerebellum, and lower testosterone group activated the increased brain area under angry emotional face stimulation in the group of testosterone levels: the left inferior frontal gyrus, left prefrontal lobe, left prefrontal lobe (Sub-gyral), left anterior cuneate lobe, left anterior cerebellum, posterior lobe, right anterior lobe of the cerebellum. The anterior central frontal gyrus, Sub-gyral, the left temporal lobe, the right marginal lobe cingulate and the parietal parietal lobule in the left parietal lobe; the lower testosterone group activated the brain area under the neutral face: the right occipital lobes, and the left parietal low testosterone group watching neutral picture activation to increase the brain area: right frontal, middle gyrus, left and right posterior central gyrus, left left side Parietal lobule, right parietal lobe (Sub-gyral), left Island leaf.Sub-gyral, wedge-shaped leaf. The activation of neutral picture in the high ratio low testosterone group increased the brain area: right frontal, middle gyrus, left and right posterior central gyrus, left apical lobule, right parietal lobe (Sub-gyral), left Island leaf. Testosterone level and left precentral gyrus (r=0.654) activated by happy task. The left temporal gyrus (r=0.632) and the right temporal lobe sub-gyral (r=0.639) were positively correlated with the right Island leaf (r=0.644) and the right anterior wedge (r=0.632) activation intensity under the angry face recognition task.
Conclusion:
1. human emotional processing involves multiple cerebral cortex and subcortical neurons in the cerebral cortex. Negative emotion processing involves more brain regions involved in more positive emotional processing. Negative emotion (anger) is mainly involved in the right hemisphere, while positive (happy) face emotion is mainly involved in the left hemisphere.
2. emotional processing in high testosterone involves more brain regions, while low testosterone levels are opposite.
The level of 3. testosterone is positively correlated with the activation intensity of 3 happy brain regions (left anterior central gyrus, middle temporal gyrus, right temporal lobe sub-gyral), and 2 indignant brain regions (right Island lobe, right anterior lobe).
4. the neutral pictures in the high testosterone group were similar to those in the angry pictures. The increase in testosterone level may lead to negative drift (neutral image to angry picture).
