文章摘要:目的探究兒科護士工作壓力與性格特征對其主觀幸福感的影響,并為醫(yī)院人力資源管理的優(yōu)化策略制訂提供依據。方法以廣東省惠州市二級以上醫(yī)院兒科為樣本點,采取整群隨機抽樣方法,選取15家綜合醫(yī)院及2家婦幼保健院的252名兒科注冊護士進行調查評估。所有護士均接受以中國護士工作壓力量表、Campbell幸福感量表和A型行為類型問卷調查。記錄數(shù)據并做好分析。結果三級醫(yī)院兒科護士總主觀幸福感評分為(8.3±1.2)分,高于二級醫(yī)院[(7.1±1.1)分],差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P〈0.05)。三級醫(yī)院工作壓力總分為(87.0±7.3)分,低于二級醫(yī)院[(103.2±6.7)分],差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P〈0.05)。A型兒科護士主觀幸福感總分為(7.9±1.4)分,低于B型[(9.2±2.3)分],差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P〈0.05)。A型護士工作壓力總分為(109.2±9.7)分,高于B型[(99.2±8.4)分],,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P〈0.05)。兒科護士工作壓力總分與主觀幸福感總分呈負相關(r=-0.19,P〈0.05),與時間匆忙感、爭強好勝及敵意、A型行為類型總分呈正相關(r=0.34、0.30、0.39,P〈0.05)。結論三級醫(yī)院兒科護士的工作壓力低于二級醫(yī)院.主觀幸福感高于二級醫(yī)院,而A型行為性格特征易會降低主觀幸福感,醫(yī)院管理者需給予這類群體足夠的關心和重視。
Abstr:Objective To explore the impact of job stress and personality characteristics of pediatric nurses on the subjective well-being, and to provide basis for the optimization of human resource management in the hospital setting. Methods Two pediatric hospitals in Huizhou City as a sample, cluster random sampling method was used, 252 pedi- atric registered nurses from 15 general hospitals and 2 maternal and child health hospital were investigated and evalu- ated. All nurses were received by the working pressure Chinese nurse scale, Campbell well-being scale and type A be- havior questionnaire, data was recorded and analyzed. Results The pediatric nurses of three hospitals in total SWB score was (8.3±1.2) scores, which was higher than that of grade two hospitals [(7.1±1.l) scores], the difference was sta- tistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Three level hospital work pressure scale was (87.0±7.3) scores, which was lower than the two hospital [(103.2±6.7) scores], the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). A pediatric nurses subjective well-being scores was (7.9±1.4) scores, which'was lower than that of B [(9.2±2.3) scores], the difference was statistical- ly significant (P 〈 0.05). Working pressure of A nurses score was (109.2±9.7) scores, which was higher than that of B genotype [(99.2±8.4) scores], the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Department of pediatrics nurse work- ing pressure and the scores of subjective well-being was negatively correlated with total score (r = -0.19, P 〈 0.05), which was positively related with hurry feeling, seek to prevail over others and hostile, A criminal behavior type score (r = 0.34, 0.30, 0.39, P 〈 0.05).
