【摘要】：目的了解舟山海島地區(qū)兒童吸入性過敏原和食物過敏原特異性IgE抗體分布特點(diǎn),為兒童過敏性疾病防治提供參考。方法以2011年8月-2016年9月在舟山醫(yī)院和舟山市婦幼保健院就診的3 623例過敏性疾病患兒為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象。用化學(xué)發(fā)光免疫夾心法檢測血清總IgE,用歐蒙免疫印跡法檢測血清過敏原特異性IgE抗體。結(jié)果 3 623例過敏性疾病患兒中,總IgE陽性(X~2165.3IU/ml)共1 520例(1 520/3 623,42.0%);檢出特異性IgE抗體1 528例(1 528/3 623,42.2%);吸入性過敏原以屋塵螨/粉塵螨為主,食物過敏原以雞蛋白和蟹為主。嬰幼兒期以食物過敏原過敏為主,隨著年齡增長吸入性過敏原逐漸增多,而食物過敏原逐步減少。不同季節(jié)過敏原分布存在差異,夏秋季屋塵螨/粉塵螨檢出率較高(X~2=41.249,P0.01),秋冬季蟹的檢出率較高(X~2=8.991,P=0.029),雞蛋白無季節(jié)變化(X~2=3.330,P=0.344)。結(jié)論明確過敏原是預(yù)防和治療過敏性疾病的關(guān)鍵,通過血清過敏原的檢測能更好地為兒童過敏性疾病的病因?qū)W診斷、治療和預(yù)防提供幫助。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the characteristics of specific IgE antibody distribution in children with inhalation allergens and food allergen in Zhoushan Island, and to provide reference for prevention and control of allergic diseases in children. Methods 3623 children with allergic diseases in Zhoushan Hospital and Zhoushan maternal and child health care hospital in September August 2011 were tested with chemiluminescent immunization clip. Serum total IgE was detected by cardiac method, and the serum allergen specific IgE antibody was detected by immunoblotting. Results in 3623 children with allergic diseases, total IgE positive (X~2165.3IU/ml) was 1520 cases (1 520/3 623,42.0%), 1528 cases of specific IgE antibody (1 528/3 623,42.2%); inhalation allergens were mainly of dust mites / Dermatophagoides and food allergy The main food allergen was chicken protein and crab. The allergen gradually increased with age, and the food allergen gradually decreased. The distribution of allergens in different seasons was different, the detection rate of house dust mite / Dermatophagoides was higher in summer and autumn (X~2=41.249, P0.01), and the detection rate of crab in autumn and winter was higher (X~2=8.991, P=0.0). 29) there is no seasonal change in egg white (X~2=3.330, P=0.344). Conclusion it is clear that allergens are the key to prevent and treat allergic diseases. The detection of serum allergen can better provide help for the etiological diagnosis and treatment and prevention of allergic diseases in children.
