【摘要】：目的:了解烏魯木齊市水磨溝區(qū)新生兒臍帶血與孕母妊娠末期血維生素D水平的相關(guān)性,探討影響新生兒臍血維生素D水平的相關(guān)因素。方法:對(duì)自2015年11月至2016年3月冬季我院收住的112例新生兒臍血及其中112例的孕母產(chǎn)前靜脈血采用化學(xué)發(fā)光法測定維生素D值,進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果:112例新生兒臍血25(OH)D平均水平為(6.75±3.59)ng/ml,112例孕母靜脈血25(OH)D平均水平與對(duì)應(yīng)的新生兒臍血25(OH)D水平呈顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.86,P0.001);新生兒維生素D均處于缺乏狀態(tài),受檢對(duì)象中無維生素D達(dá)到20ng/ml者,中、重度維生素D缺乏新生兒占85.7%。漢族孕婦維生素D水平高于維吾爾族孕婦(P0.035),孕母妊娠末期補(bǔ)鈣大于3個(gè)月的,新生兒臍血維生素D水平高于補(bǔ)鈣時(shí)間小于3個(gè)月者(P0.05);孕婦文化程度越高,維生素D水平越高(P0.027),孕母海產(chǎn)品攝入大于4次/月的,新生兒維生素D水平高于攝入小于4次/月者(P0.021)。孕婦不同孕周、工作類型、戶外活動(dòng)時(shí)間、孕期是否抽筋及新生兒胎產(chǎn)次、胎兒性別、出生方式等對(duì)新生兒維生素D水平的影響差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1、新生兒臍血維生素D水平與孕婦妊娠末期維生素D水平呈正相關(guān);2、孕婦民族、文化程度、孕期補(bǔ)鈣及海產(chǎn)品攝入影響新生兒臍血維生素D水平;3、水磨溝區(qū)孕婦妊娠末期及新生兒冬季維生素D缺乏嚴(yán)重,應(yīng)給予孕婦末期補(bǔ)充維生素D,以提高孕婦、胎兒及新生兒維生素D水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the correlation between the blood vitamin D level of newborn umbilical cord blood and pregnancy at the end of pregnancy in Shuimogou District of Urumqi, and to discuss the related factors affecting the level of vitamin D in the umbilical cord blood of the newborn. Methods: 112 cases of newborn umbilical blood collected from November 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital and 112 cases of pregnant mother venous blood were used. The value of vitamin D was measured by the method of luminescence. Results: the average level of 25 (OH) D of umbilical cord blood in 112 newborns was (6.75 + 3.59) ng/ml, and the average level of 25 (OH) D in 112 cases of pregnant female venous blood was positively correlated with the corresponding level of umbilical cord blood 25 (OH) D (r=0.86, P0.001) in the corresponding newborn, and the vitamin D in the newborn was in a lack state, and there was no dimension in the subject. In the patients with 20ng/ml D, the vitamin D in the severe vitamin D deficiency was higher than that of the Uygur pregnant women (P0.035), the calcium supplementation at the end of pregnancy was more than 3 months, and the level of vitamin D in the umbilical cord blood of the newborn was higher than that of the 3 months (P0.05), the higher the maternal culture, the higher the vitamin D level (P0.027). The intake of pregnant women was more than 4 times / month, and the vitamin D level in newborns was higher than that of those who were less than 4 times / month (P0.021). There was no significant difference in the effects of pregnant women, work type, outdoor activity time, pregnancy and neonatal pregnancy, fetal sex and birth mode on the level of neonatal vitin D (P0.05). Conclusion: 1, There is a positive correlation between vitamin D level of newborn umbilical cord blood and vitamin D level of pregnant women at the end of pregnancy; 2, pregnant women's nationality, educational level, calcium supplementation during pregnancy and seafood intake affect vitamin D level in newborn umbilical cord blood; 3, vitamin D deficiency at the end of pregnancy and neonatal winter in Shuimogou district should be supplemented by vitamin D at the end of pregnant women, in order to increase the level of vitamin D Vitamin D levels in pregnant women, fetuses and neonates.
