【摘要】：目的：通過益氣溫陽方與鹽酸西替利嗪糖漿的療效比較,觀察中藥益氣溫陽方在兒童變應(yīng)性鼻炎治療中的療效,探討中藥湯劑治療兒童過敏性鼻炎的可行性和優(yōu)越性,挖掘中醫(yī)益氣溫陽法在兒童變應(yīng)性鼻炎中的臨床價(jià)值,為中醫(yī)藥防治兒童變應(yīng)性鼻炎開拓更為廣闊的前景。 方法：在確定兒童變應(yīng)性鼻炎診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和療效評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上,選取符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的兒童AR觀察對象60例,隨機(jī)分為兩組,治療組30例以益氣溫陽方顆�；蚣鍎�,每日沖服,每天2次,對照組30例以西替利嗪糖漿每晚睡前口服。療程為4周,觀察治療前后治療組與對照組之間癥狀改善情況。 結(jié)果： 1.治療后治療組主要癥狀顯效5例(16.7%),改善19例(63.3%),無效6例(20%)。對照組治療后主要癥狀顯效0例(0%),改善6例(20%),無效24例(80%)。經(jīng)卡方檢驗(yàn)兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。其中各主要癥狀治療前后比較,鼻癢、鼻塞、噴嚏、流涕癥狀比較后,p均小于0.05,具有顯著性差異,說明益氣溫陽方在緩解上述癥狀方面具有顯著優(yōu)勢。鼻甲腫大癥狀前后比較p大于0.05,無明顯短期療效。 2.治療后治療組伴隨癥狀明顯改善8例(26.7%),穩(wěn)定15例(50%),無效7例(23.3%)。對照組治療后次要癥狀明顯改善4例(13.3%),穩(wěn)定10例(33.3%),無效16例(53.3%)。經(jīng)卡方檢驗(yàn)兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 3.治療后,治療組伴隨中醫(yī)癥狀經(jīng)治療后,畏寒、食少、便溏癥狀均未見顯著性差異,說明益氣溫陽方在緩解伴隨中醫(yī)癥狀方面療效不明顯。 4.治療后,治療組各伴隨西醫(yī)癥狀比較后,伴上氣道咳嗽綜合征存在顯著性差異,說明益氣溫陽方在緩解伴上氣道咳嗽綜合征有顯著療效,其余癥狀對照未顯效。 結(jié)論：益氣溫陽方對兒童變應(yīng)性鼻炎有治療作用,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: the curative effect of Tonifying Qi and warming yang and Cetirizine Hydrochloride Syrup, observe the effect of Yiqi Wenyang Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children, to explore the feasibility and superiority of traditional Chinese medicine decoction for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children, the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine of Tonifying Qi and warming Yang mining method in children with allergic rhinitis in children, for the prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine allergic rhinitis is the development of a more broad prospects.
Methods: the inclusion criteria in determining the standard diagnosis of allergic rhinitis, basis of exclusion criteria and the evaluation standard, the selection criteria of children AR observed in 60 cases, were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 30 cases with Yiqiwenyang Fang granules or decoction, daily a day, 2 times a day, the control group 30 cases of cetirizine syrup orally at bedtime. The course was 4 weeks. Observe the symptoms before and after treatment between the treatment group and the control group to improve the situation.
Result:
The main symptoms of the treatment group was 1. after treatment, 5 cases (16.7%), improved in 19 cases (63.3%), invalid in 6 cases (20%). 0 cases of the control group after treatment, the main symptoms were improved in 6 cases (0%), (20%), invalid in 24 cases (80%). By testing the difference between the two groups with chi square statistical significance (P0.05). One of the main symptoms before and after treatment, nasal itching, nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose symptoms, P were less than 0.05, with a significant difference, that Yiqiwenyang Fang has significant advantages in relieving the symptoms. Symptoms before and after turbinate swelling P is greater than 0.05, no significant short-term effect.
2., after treatment, the symptoms in the treatment group were significantly improved, 8 cases (26.7%), 15 cases (50%) were stable, and 7 cases (23.3%) were not effective. The secondary symptoms of the control group improved significantly, 4 cases (13.3%) were stable, 10 cases (33.3%) were stable, and 10 cases were ineffective. There was a significant difference in Chi square test between the two groups (P0.05).
3. after treatment, the treatment group with TCM symptoms after treatment, chills, eat less, diarrhea symptoms were not significantly different, that of Yiqiwenyang Fang in relieving symptoms with the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine is not obvious.
4. after treatment, there was significant difference between the treatment group and the upper airway cough syndrome after comparing the symptoms of Western medicine, indicating that the Yiqi Wenyang recipe has a significant effect in relieving the cough with the upper airway cough syndrome, and the rest of the symptoms are not effective.
Conclusion: Yiqi Wenyang prescription has a therapeutic effect on allergic rhinitis in children, and it is worth popularizing.
