【摘要】：目的了解長治市市區(qū)小學(xué)生及其家長有關(guān)高血壓及其影響因素的相關(guān)知識,探討家庭減鹽健康教育在控制血壓中的作用,為高血壓的有效防控提供參考依據(jù)。方法從長治市28所小學(xué)的五年級中各選取一個班,隨機分為干預(yù)組和對照組,每班中再隨機抽取10名學(xué)生及其家長作為研究對象。干預(yù)組學(xué)生進行3.5個月的減鹽健康教育,并將減鹽相關(guān)知識傳遞給家長。然后對兩組學(xué)生和家長進行健康教育前后的問卷調(diào)查和體格檢查。結(jié)果學(xué)生和家長健康教育后對食鹽推薦攝入量的知曉率提高。健康教育后干預(yù)組家長收縮壓(systolic blood pressure,SBP)較之前增加了(1.79±11.35)mm Hg,對照組增加了(4.73±13.24)mm Hg,差別有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=2.703,P=0.007);健康教育后干預(yù)組家長舒張壓(diastolic blood pressure,DBP)增加(1.37±9.50)mm Hg,對照組增加(3.09±10.23)mm Hg,差別有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=2.711,P=0.007)。多元回歸分析結(jié)果顯示干預(yù)組女性體質(zhì)指數(shù)(body mass index,BMI)越高,基線SBP越低,則家長的SBP差值越大;干預(yù)組BMI越高,基線DBP越低,則家長的DBP差值越大。結(jié)論小學(xué)生家庭減鹽健康教育可以有效地降低家長的血壓水平,對高血壓的防控有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the related knowledge of hypertension and its influencing factors among primary school students and their parents in Changzhi city, to explore the role of family salt reduction health education in controlling blood pressure, and to provide reference for the effective prevention and control of hypertension.Methods one class was selected from the fifth grade of 28 primary schools in Changzhi city, which was randomly divided into intervention group and control group. 10 students and their parents were randomly selected from each class as the research object.The students in the intervention group received 3.5 months of salt-reducing health education, and the related knowledge of desalination was transferred to their parents.Then two groups of students and parents before and after health education questionnaire and physical examination.Results the awareness rate of recommended intake of salt increased after health education for students and parents.The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the higher the BMI and the lower the baseline SBP, the greater the SBP difference of parents in the intervention group, and the higher the BMI and the lower the baseline DBP, the greater the DBP difference of the parents in the intervention group.Conclusion the health education of reducing salt in primary school students can effectively reduce the level of blood pressure of parents and has certain reference significance for the prevention and control of hypertension.
