【摘要】：目的探討延遲臍帶結(jié)扎對足月順產(chǎn)新生兒血紅蛋白、紅細(xì)胞壓積和紅細(xì)胞增多癥及新生兒高膽紅素血癥發(fā)生率的影響。方法回顧足月順產(chǎn)分娩的新生兒病例126例,分為觀察組(63例)和對照組(63例)。觀察組延遲臍帶結(jié)扎60 s,對照組娩出15 s內(nèi)結(jié)扎臍帶。比較兩組新生兒血紅蛋白及紅細(xì)胞壓積,評價(jià)紅細(xì)胞增多癥發(fā)生率,并隨訪2周內(nèi)新生兒高膽紅素血癥發(fā)生率。結(jié)果觀察組新生兒血紅蛋白、紅細(xì)胞壓積及紅細(xì)胞增多癥發(fā)生率較對照組高(P0.05),但兩組新生兒2周內(nèi)新生兒高膽紅素血癥發(fā)生率差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論延遲臍帶結(jié)扎可明顯提高新生兒血紅蛋白水平,并明顯提高紅細(xì)胞增多癥發(fā)生率,但對新生兒高膽紅素血癥發(fā)生率無明顯影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of delayed umbilical cord ligation on hemoglobin, hematocrit, polycythemia and hyperbilirubinemia in full-term neonates.Methods A total of 126 neonates were divided into observation group (n = 63) and control group (n = 63).In the observation group, the ligation of umbilical cord was delayed for 60 s, and the umbilical cord was ligated within 15 seconds in the control group.The incidence of polycythemia was evaluated by comparing hemoglobin and hematocrit between the two groups, and the incidence of hyperbilirubinemia in neonates was followed up for 2 weeks.Results the incidence of hemoglobin, hematocrit and polycythemia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia within 2 weeks.Conclusion delayed umbilical cord ligation can significantly increase the level of neonatal hemoglobin and the incidence of polycythemia, but has no significant effect on the incidence of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
