【摘要】:正在NICU病房,我們常遇到新生兒休克、心力衰竭、重度窒息等血液動(dòng)力學(xué)不穩(wěn)定的重癥患兒,這些危重患兒臨床醫(yī)生往往很難根據(jù)臨床表現(xiàn)客觀評(píng)價(jià)患兒的血液動(dòng)力學(xué)狀態(tài)。尋求一種適合新生兒的準(zhǔn)確實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)心排量的方法對(duì)于臨床的診斷、評(píng)估及治療顯得尤為重要,但以往監(jiān)測(cè)心排量的方法在新生兒的應(yīng)用受到限制。近些年來(lái),有較多研究報(bào)道應(yīng)用新型的無(wú)創(chuàng)心排量監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)USCOM(ultrasoniccardiac output monitor)在新生兒監(jiān)測(cè)其
[Abstract]:In the NICU ward, we often encounter severe children with severe hemodynamic instability, such as neonatal shock, heart failure, severe asphyxia and so on. The clinicians of these critically ill children are often difficult to objectively evaluate the hemodynamic state of the children according to their clinical manifestations.It is very important for clinical diagnosis, evaluation and treatment to seek an accurate and real-time method for monitoring cardiac output in neonates. However, the application of the method of monitoring cardiac output in neonates has been limited in the past.In recent years, more studies have reported the application of a new non-invasive cardiac output monitoring system, USCOM(ultrasoniccardiac output monitor, in neonatal monitoring.
