【摘要】：【目的】探討中醫(yī)按摩法在促進早產(chǎn)兒腦損傷的神經(jīng)發(fā)育方面是否存在優(yōu)勢,能否進一步的確立中醫(yī)在早產(chǎn)兒腦損傷的早期干預(yù)中的重要地位�！痉椒ā繉{入符合納入標(biāo)準病例82例隨機分為兩組,兩組均在常規(guī)早期干預(yù)治療(中藥浴水療、運動療法)的基礎(chǔ)上,試驗組加通督醒腦益腎健脾按摩,對照組加嬰兒撫觸,分別于治療前及治療3個月后,用粗大運動功能評定量表(Gross Motor Function Measure,GMFM)、貝利嬰幼兒發(fā)育量表Ⅱ及Gesell發(fā)育商數(shù)(DQ)進行評估�！窘Y(jié)果】治療后試驗組大運動(DQ)發(fā)育商均數(shù)及GMFM的B區(qū)總體均數(shù)高于對照組,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),余下幾項兩組對比均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);MDI及PDI治療前后兩組差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)�！窘Y(jié)論】通督醒腦益腎健脾按摩在改善腦損傷患兒的大運動功能,尤其在坐位方面比嬰兒撫觸具有療效優(yōu)勢。
