【摘要】：【目的】探討中醫(yī)按摩法在促進(jìn)早產(chǎn)兒腦損傷的神經(jīng)發(fā)育方面是否存在優(yōu)勢,能否進(jìn)一步的確立中醫(yī)在早產(chǎn)兒腦損傷的早期干預(yù)中的重要地位。【方法】對納入符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)病例82例隨機(jī)分為兩組,兩組均在常規(guī)早期干預(yù)治療(中藥浴水療、運(yùn)動(dòng)療法)的基礎(chǔ)上,試驗(yàn)組加通督醒腦益腎健脾按摩,對照組加?jì)雰簱嵊|,分別于治療前及治療3個(gè)月后,用粗大運(yùn)動(dòng)功能評定量表(Gross Motor Function Measure,GMFM)、貝利嬰幼兒發(fā)育量表Ⅱ及Gesell發(fā)育商數(shù)(DQ)進(jìn)行評估。【結(jié)果】治療后試驗(yàn)組大運(yùn)動(dòng)(DQ)發(fā)育商均數(shù)及GMFM的B區(qū)總體均數(shù)高于對照組,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),余下幾項(xiàng)兩組對比均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);MDI及PDI治療前后兩組差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)�！窘Y(jié)論】通督醒腦益腎健脾按摩在改善腦損傷患兒的大運(yùn)動(dòng)功能,尤其在坐位方面比嬰兒撫觸具有療效優(yōu)勢。
