【摘要】：目的：觀察短療程抗生素和加味六君子湯序貫療法治療小兒細菌性肺炎恢復(fù)期（肺脾氣虛型）的臨床療效，尋求一種有效且能減少抗生素使用的治療小兒肺炎的方法。方法：將90例符合納入標準的患兒隨機分為觀察組、對照1組和對照2組，每組30人。在合理應(yīng)用抗生素抗感染及常規(guī)治療5天后，觀察組給予加味六君子湯中藥治療，對照1組繼續(xù)給予抗生素治療，對照2組繼續(xù)給予抗生素并加中藥治療。觀察患兒治愈率和臨床癥狀、體征完全消失的時間等指標。將搜集到的數(shù)據(jù)用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計軟件進行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結(jié)果：觀察組、對照1組、對照2組三組的治愈率分別為：93.3%、66.7%、90%，觀察組與對照2組治愈率無顯著性差異，兩者療效優(yōu)于對照1組。在癥狀、體征消失時間方面，，觀察組與對照2組無明顯差異，癥狀、體征消失時間除發(fā)熱外均短于對照1組，且癥狀、體征消除率明顯高于對照1組。結(jié)論：短療程抗生素和加味六君子湯序貫療法治療小兒細菌性肺炎恢復(fù)期（肺脾氣虛型）的臨床療效，明顯優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)的長程抗生素療法，為合理應(yīng)用抗生素，減少抗生素的副作用，提供了較大的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of short course antibiotics and modified Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of infantile bacterial pneumonia in convalescent stage (deficiency of lung and spleen qi), and to find an effective and effective method to reduce the use of antibiotics in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods: 90 children were randomly divided into observation group (n = 30), control group (n = 30) and control group 2 (n = 30).After 5 days of rational use of antibiotics against infection and routine treatment, the observation group was treated with Jiawei Liujunzi decoction, the control group continued to be treated with antibiotics, and the control group continued to be treated with antibiotics and Chinese medicine.The cure rate and the time of complete disappearance of clinical symptoms and signs were observed.The collected data are analyzed with SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results: the cure rate of observation group, control group 1 and control group 2 was 66.7 and 90, respectively. There was no significant difference between observation group and control group, and the curative effect of observation group and control group was better than that of control group 1.There was no significant difference in the time of disappearance of symptoms and signs between the observation group and the control group. The disappearance time of symptoms and signs was shorter than that of the control group except fever, and the elimination rate of symptoms and signs was significantly higher than that of the control group 1.Conclusion: the clinical efficacy of short course antibiotics and modified Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of infantile bacterial pneumonia in convalescent stage (deficiency of lung and spleen qi) is obviously superior to that of traditional long term antibiotic therapy, which is the rational use of antibiotics.Reduce the side effects of antibiotics, provide a greater reference.
