【摘要】：目的：通過幼鼠實(shí)驗(yàn)觀察獲得性漏斗胸形成過程中肺功能的變化。 方法：4周齡SD大鼠40只，分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組各20只。實(shí)驗(yàn)組行經(jīng)胸骨旁切斷下為三對(duì)肋軟骨觀察漏斗胸形成，（1）于術(shù)后3天和4周測(cè)定動(dòng)物肺功能指標(biāo)各10只并與對(duì)照組同齡大鼠對(duì)照。（2）于術(shù)后3天測(cè)定動(dòng)物血?dú)夥治鲋笜?biāo)各8只并與對(duì)照組同齡大鼠對(duì)照，于術(shù)后4周測(cè)定血?dú)夥治鲋笜?biāo)6只與3只對(duì)照組同齡大鼠對(duì)照。檢測(cè)結(jié)果均進(jìn)行t檢驗(yàn)分析。 結(jié)果：漏斗胸造模術(shù)后一周內(nèi)動(dòng)物呼吸狀況變化明顯，在其后的飼養(yǎng)過程中，動(dòng)物漏斗胸逐漸形成，存活狀態(tài)與正常動(dòng)物并無明顯差別。Ri在術(shù)后3d和4w的檢測(cè)結(jié)果在同齡動(dòng)物組間比較差異均有顯著性，造模術(shù)后動(dòng)物的吸氣阻力增加（P0.05）；Re、Cl、Fev0.2和FVC等指標(biāo)在術(shù)后3d的測(cè)得值組間差異有顯著性，Re在實(shí)驗(yàn)組增加外其他3個(gè)指標(biāo)減�。≒0.05），F(xiàn)VC在8周時(shí)組間比較P=0.05，說明該指標(biāo)在造模術(shù)后發(fā)生了改變，而MVV、Fev0.2FVC、PEF25-75%和PEF等指標(biāo)不論在術(shù)后3d還是4w的檢測(cè)結(jié)果組間比較差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）。PH，PCO_2，，ctHb，pO_2（A-a）術(shù)后3天的檢測(cè)結(jié)果在同齡動(dòng)物組間比較差異均有顯著性，但是術(shù)后4周的檢測(cè)結(jié)果在同齡動(dòng)物組間比較差異無顯著性。PO_2,SO_2,HCO_3ˉ術(shù)后3天和4周的檢測(cè)結(jié)果在同齡動(dòng)物組間比較差異均無顯著性。 結(jié)論：漏斗胸造模術(shù)后近期胸壁和肺的順應(yīng)性均降低，吸氣和呼氣阻力增加，肺泡通氣量和肺泡攝取氧含量均降低，隨著漏斗胸的形成和穩(wěn)定，動(dòng)物肺功能又重新建立適應(yīng)，肺泡通氣量和肺泡攝取氧含量均恢復(fù)至正常，但胸廓的順應(yīng)性仍較正常降低。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the changes of pulmonary function during the formation of acquired funnel chest in young rats.Methods 40 Sprague-Dawley rats aged 4 weeks were divided into experimental group and control group.There were 8 rats in each group and control group in the same age group.The indexes of blood gas analysis were measured 4 weeks after operation in 6 rats and 3 control groups.The test results were analyzed by t-test.Results: the respiratory status of the animals changed significantly within one week after the operation of the funnel chest model. During the later feeding process, the funnel chest gradually formed.There was no significant difference between the survival state and the normal animals. The results of Ri on the 3rd day and the 4th week after operation were significantly different between the same age groups.However, there was no significant difference in the results between the same age groups 4 weeks after operation. There was no significant difference in the results between the same age groups 3 days and 4 weeks after operation.Both alveolar ventilation volume and alveolar oxygen content returned to normal, but thoracic compliance was still lower than normal.
