【摘要】：目的了解廣州市黃埔區(qū)托幼機(jī)構(gòu)消毒質(zhì)量,并提出改進(jìn)措施。方法采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)抽檢方法,分別對(duì)托幼機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行室內(nèi)空氣、物體表面、玩具、教師與幼兒手、消毒液和紫外線燈進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè),對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果共采樣1 180份,合格877份,合格率74.32%。各項(xiàng)檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目中,以紫外線燈、教師與幼兒手合格率最低,分別為51.13%和58.85%;消毒劑、室內(nèi)空氣、物體表面和玩具的合格率依次為100%、98.43%、82.74%和82.24%;各項(xiàng)合格率之間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=177.923,P0.01),不同規(guī)模(χ~2=3.867,P0.05)、不同性質(zhì)(χ~2=2.331,P0.05)托幼機(jī)構(gòu)合格率差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論黃埔區(qū)托幼機(jī)構(gòu)消毒質(zhì)量有下降趨勢(shì),紫外線燈和教師與幼兒手是消毒衛(wèi)生主要問題,必須采取措施改進(jìn)。
