【摘要】：目的:綜合評(píng)價(jià)國(guó)內(nèi)外燒傷兒童的MLoS(Mean of length of stay,MLoS),探討MLoS與MTBSA(Mean of total burn surface area,MTBSA)的關(guān)系,為預(yù)防兒童燒傷提供理論依據(jù)。方法:在維普、萬(wàn)方、中國(guó)知網(wǎng)(CNKI)、Pubmed及Science Direct等中英文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中系統(tǒng)檢索1990年至今含有燒傷兒童住院時(shí)間的文獻(xiàn),用Meta分析方法匯總結(jié)果,并分析MLoS與MTBSA的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:納入合格文獻(xiàn)71篇,Meta匯總的平均住院時(shí)間為15.86天,95%CI=13.76-17.96。MLoS與MTBSA成正相關(guān)(r=0.680,P0.01)。結(jié)論:兒童燒傷越嚴(yán)重,住院時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),其MLoS超過(guò)2周。因此,衛(wèi)生與行政部門均應(yīng)重視兒童燒傷的預(yù)防工作,提高對(duì)嚴(yán)重?zé)齻麅和木戎嗡?減少燒傷兒童住院時(shí)間,節(jié)約醫(yī)療成本。
[Abstract]:Objective: to comprehensively evaluate the MLoS(Mean of length of stayof MLoSSA in burn children at home and abroad, and to explore the relationship between MLoS and MTBSA(Mean of total burn surface are MTBSA(Mean, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention of burn in children. The Chinese and English databases such as CNKI Science Direct and so on were systematically retrieved from 1990 to present, and the results were summarized by Meta analysis method. The relationship between MLoS and MTBSA was analyzed. Results: the average hospitalization time was 15.86 days, 13.76-17.96. MLoS was positively correlated with MTBSA. Conclusion: the more severe burns in children, the longer the length of hospitalization, and the more MLoS is more than 2 weeks. Both health and administrative departments should pay attention to the prevention of burns in children, improve the treatment level of severely burned children, reduce the hospitalization time of burned children, and save medical costs.
