【摘要】：目的:探討不同類型尿道下裂發(fā)病的危險因素。方法:按照1:1配比的方法,選取2015年10月至2016年10月間在鄭州大學(xué)第三附屬醫(yī)院出生或就診的尿道下裂患兒和健康胎兒或非泌尿系統(tǒng)疾病患兒分別作為病例組和對照組,采用單因素分析和多因素Logistic回歸分析的方法,分析總體和4種不同類型尿道下裂的危險因素。結(jié)果:共有440例樣本被納入研究。結(jié)果顯示,總體尿道下裂的危險因素包括早產(chǎn)、胎兒生長受限、母親居住地為農(nóng)村、母親懷孕年齡20歲或35歲、初產(chǎn)婦、孕期吸煙與被動吸煙、孕期服用孕激素、孕期有感冒及發(fā)熱癥狀、孕早期高溫暴露,保護因素為孕早期補充蛋白質(zhì)。Ⅰ型尿道下裂的危險因素包括母親懷孕年齡20歲或35歲,保護因素包括孕早期補充蛋白質(zhì)。Ⅱ型尿道下裂的危險因素包括早產(chǎn),胎兒生長受限,母親居住地為農(nóng)村,初產(chǎn)婦,孕期吸煙與被動吸煙,保護因素包括孕早期補充蛋白質(zhì)。Ⅲ型尿道下裂的危險因素包括早產(chǎn),胎兒生長受限,母親居住地為農(nóng)村,孕早期高溫暴露,保護因素包括孕早期補充蛋白質(zhì)。Ⅳ型尿道下裂的危險因素包括孕早期高溫暴露,孕期服用孕激素。結(jié)論:不同類型尿道下裂的危險因素存在差異,臨床研究和預(yù)防尿道下裂的發(fā)病應(yīng)有針對性。后期仍需擴大樣本量以對不同類型尿道下裂的危險因素進行更加科學(xué)穩(wěn)定的研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the risk factors of different types of hypospadias. From October 2015 to October 2016, children with hypospadias and healthy fetuses or non-urinary diseases were selected as the case group and the control group, respectively, who were born or treated in the third affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. Single factor analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the risk factors of total and 4 different types of hypospadias. Results: a total of 440 samples were included in the study. The results showed that the risk factors of total hypospadias included preterm labor.
