【摘要】：目的:評(píng)估加味益脾鎮(zhèn)驚散治療小兒脾虛肝旺型維生素D缺乏性佝僂病的療效。方法:將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的63例患有維生素D缺乏性佝僂病者,應(yīng)用隨機(jī)分組法,將其分別分為治療組32例、對(duì)照組31例。治療組給予加味益脾鎮(zhèn)驚散口服,對(duì)照組予維生素D滴劑、碳酸鈣D3顆�？诜�,并對(duì)2組患兒家屬進(jìn)行宣教普及,配合全面細(xì)致的病情指導(dǎo)和護(hù)理。療程均為8周。8周后進(jìn)行綜合療效的評(píng)定,包括中醫(yī)證候療效、血清25-OH-D,鈣、磷、堿性磷酸酶的變化情況,治療前后單項(xiàng)中醫(yī)癥狀積分(食少納呆、精神)變化情況以及中醫(yī)證候方面的改善情況。結(jié)果:1.在中醫(yī)證候療效方面,治療組的總有效率達(dá)到93.75%,對(duì)照組的總有效率為90.32%,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。2.在血清25-OH-D、鈣、磷、堿性磷酸酶方面,治療后兩組檢驗(yàn)值改善情況比較,治療后各組血清25-OH-D、鈣、磷、堿性磷酸酶較治療前明顯改善;治療后治療組血清磷改善情況優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。3.治療后兩組中醫(yī)證候總積分、單項(xiàng)癥狀積分(食少納呆、精神)方面改善情況對(duì)比,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:1.加味益脾鎮(zhèn)驚散可顯著降低維生素D缺乏性佝僂病(脾虛肝旺型)患者的中醫(yī)證候積分,可以減輕患兒食少納呆、精神情況等中醫(yī)癥狀,且其改善情況優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。2.加味益脾鎮(zhèn)驚散可改善維生素D缺乏性佝僂病(脾虛肝旺型)患兒的血清鈣、磷、堿性磷酸酶、血清25-OH-D水平,防治佝僂病。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Yipi Zhenjingsan on vitamin D deficiency rickets in children with spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity. Methods: 63 patients with vitamin D deficiency rickets who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. They were divided into treatment group (n = 32) and control group (n = 31). The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Yipi Zhen Jing San, the control group was given vitamin D drops and calcium carbonate D3 granules, and the families of the two groups were given education and education. The course of treatment was 8 weeks and 8 weeks later, the comprehensive curative effect was evaluated, including the curative effect of TCM syndrome, the changes of serum 25-OH-D, calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, and so on. Before and after treatment, the changes of the single TCM symptom score (eating less, inpatient, mental) and the improvement of TCM syndromes. Results: 1. In the curative effect of TCM syndromes, The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75 and the total effective rate of the control group was 90.32. The treatment group was superior to the control group in the aspects of serum 25-OH-D, calcium, phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase. After treatment, the improvement of serum phosphorus in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. The treatment group is superior to the control group. Conclusion: the treatment group can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score of vitamin D deficiency rickets (spleen deficiency liver flourishing type), and can alleviate the symptoms of the children, such as less food, less appetite, mental condition and so on. And the improvement was better than that of the control group .2.Jiawei Yipi Zhenjingsan could improve the serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase and serum 25-OH-D levels of children with vitamin D deficiency rickets (spleen deficiency liver flourishing type), and prevent and cure rickets.
