布拉氏酵母菌對輪狀病毒感染兒童血清IL-6和TNF-α的表達水平影響研究

【摘要】:目的觀察布拉氏酵母菌對輪狀病毒感染兒童血清IL-6和TNF-α表達影響。方法選取2014年1月-2016年12月醫(yī)院兒科病房或急診收治的輪狀病毒感染患兒92例,采用隨機數(shù)字表法分為試驗組與對照組,各46例,試驗組采用布拉氏酵母菌干預治療,對照組常規(guī)療法干預,治療7天后,比較兩組患兒臨床療效及血清IL-6(白介素-6)和TNF-α(腫瘤壞死因子-α)表達水平,并統(tǒng)計兩組患兒最終住院時間。結果治療后試驗組患兒的總有效率為91.31%,對照組為67.39%,試驗組顯著高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);治療前,兩組患兒IL-6及TNF-α的表達水平差異無統(tǒng)計學意義;治療后,試驗組和對照組患兒的IL-6及TNF-α表達水平均降低,試驗組患兒IL-6及TNF-α改善水平優(yōu)于對照組;試驗組患兒平均住院時間為(4.33±1.54)天,對照組為(7.56±1.99)天,試驗組患兒的住院時間低于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);兩組患兒均未出現(xiàn)藥物不良反應。結論布拉氏酵母菌治療兒童輪狀病毒腹瀉臨床效果好,可減輕腹瀉癥狀,減少患兒住院時間,同時抑制患兒免疫及炎癥反應,降低血清TNF-α和IL-6的表達。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the effect of Saccharomyces boulardii on rotavirus infection in children with serum IL-6 and TNF- expression. Methods from January 2014 December -2016 year pediatric ward of the hospital or emergency from rotavirus infection in 92 cases, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 46 cases in each experimental group, using Saccharomyces boulardii treatment. The control group received routine therapy, 7 days after treatment, compared two groups of clinical efficacy and serum of patients with IL-6 (IL -6) and TNF- alpha (TNF alpha) expression, and statistics of two groups of children hospitalized time. Group after treatment the total effective rate was 91.31%, the control group was 67.39%. The test group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); before treatment, no statistically significant difference between the expression level of the two groups of IL-6 and TNF- alpha; after treatment, the test group and the control group with IL-6 and TNF- a table The water was reduced, the experimental group IL-6 and TNF- alpha to improve the level of the experimental group than the control group; the average hospitalization time was (4.33 + 1.54) days, the control group (7.56 + 1.99) days, hospitalization time of experimental group were lower than control group, there was significant difference between two groups (P0.05); bad drug reactions were not found in two groups. The clinical effect of Saccharomyces boulardii treatment of rotavirus diarrhea in children in conclusion, can alleviate the symptoms of diarrhea, reduce the time of hospitalization, and suppresses the immune and inflammatory reaction of patients, reduction of serum TNF- and the expression of IL-6.
