【摘要】：近年來小兒腎結石的發(fā)病率逐漸升高,體外沖擊波碎石(ESWL)、經皮腎鏡碎石取石術(PCNL)、輸尿管軟鏡碎石取石術(FUL)等微創(chuàng)治療技術已逐步取代開放性手術成為小兒腎結石的主要治療手段。ESWL操作方便、創(chuàng)傷小及花費相對較少,但治療體積較大和復雜性腎結石的清石率明顯降低;PCNL治療復雜性腎結石有較大的優(yōu)勢,但其并發(fā)癥(如大出血、腎及周圍臟器損傷等)的發(fā)生卻不容小覷;FUL有更加微創(chuàng)、并發(fā)癥少、可反復治療等優(yōu)點,但由于設備昂貴、易損耗、治療成本高等原因限制了其在臨床的推廣應用。本文主要對微創(chuàng)治療在小兒腎結石中的應用做一綜述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the incidence of renal calculi in children has gradually increased. Minimally invasive treatment techniques such as extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), percutaneous nephrolithotripsy (PCNL) and soft ureteral lithotripsy (FULL) have gradually replaced open surgery as the main treatment for renal calculi in children. However, the treatment of large and complex renal calculi has significant advantages in the treatment of complex renal calculi, but the occurrence of complications (such as massive hemorrhage, injury of kidney and surrounding organs, etc.) can not be underestimated that Ful is more minimally invasive. The application of minimally invasive treatment in pediatric renal calculi is reviewed in this paper, due to the advantages of less complications and repeated treatment, but the application of minimally invasive treatment in pediatric renal calculi is limited because of expensive equipment, easy wear and tear and high treatment cost.
