【摘要】：目的:采用中西醫(yī)結(jié)合序貫療法和阿奇霉素序貫療法治療感染肺炎支原體所致小兒肺炎中痰熱閉肺證型,觀察癥狀改善情況,客觀評價療效、有效性和安全性,以便更好地發(fā)揮中醫(yī)藥在治療肺炎喘嗽中的積極作用。方法:收集2016年8月~2016年12月于煙臺市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院院住院治療的小兒肺炎支原體肺炎病例,選取30例痰熱閉肺證病例,按1:1比例隨機分為2組(對照組、治療組):兩組各15例,對照組采用阿奇霉素進(jìn)行治療并對癥處理;治療組在阿奇霉素常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行辨證論治服用五虎湯合貝母瓜蔞散加減;治療并隨訪至出院21天,自治療初始每日觀察患兒癥狀、體征,并建立、填寫觀察表,記錄相應(yīng)實驗室檢查結(jié)果,對中西醫(yī)結(jié)合序貫療法治療小兒支原體肺炎的臨床療效進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:治療組疾病痊愈1例,顯效14例,有效0例,無效0例,愈顯率100%;對照組疾病痊愈0例,顯效13例,有效2例,無效0例,愈顯率86.67%。中醫(yī)證候療效治療組治愈1例,顯效9例,有效5例,無效0例,愈顯率66.67%;對照組治愈0例,顯效5例,有效10例,無效0例,愈顯率33.33%。兩組比較雖然P0.05,但顯示治療組療效可靠,且對于中醫(yī)癥候改善優(yōu)于對照組,顯示中西醫(yī)結(jié)合序貫治療方案療效可靠。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合序貫療法治療小兒肺炎支原體肺炎能明顯、快速改善臨床癥狀,無明顯不良反應(yīng),安全有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to treat the syndrome of phlegm heat blocking lung in children with pneumonia caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae, observe the improvement of symptoms, evaluate the curative effect, effectiveness and safety objectively by the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and azithromycin. Methods: from August 2016 to December 2016, the cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children hospitalized in Yantai traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were collected, and 30 cases of phlegm heat blocking lung syndrome were selected. At 1:1, they were randomly divided into two groups (control group, treatment group: 15 cases each, control group treated with azithromycin and symptomatic treatment; On the basis of routine treatment of azithromycin, the treatment group was treated with Wuhu decoction and beimu Gualou Powder on the basis of differentiation of symptoms and signs, followed up until 21 days after discharge, observed the symptoms and signs of the children, established and filled out the observation form, from the beginning of treatment to 21 days after treatment. The results of laboratory examination were recorded and the clinical efficacy of sequential therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children was analyzed. Results: in the treatment group, 1 case was cured, 14 cases were markedly effective, 0 case was effective, and 0 case was ineffective. In the control group, 0 cases were cured, 13 cases were effective, 2 cases were effective, 0 cases were ineffective, and 86.67.The curative effect of TCM syndrome treatment group was 1 case, 9 cases effective, 5 cases effective, 0 cases ineffective, and 66.67% obvious recovery rate, while in control group, 0 cases were cured, 1 case was cured, 9 cases were effective, 5 cases were effective, 0 cases were ineffective, and 66.67% were cured in the control group. There were 5 cases of remarkable effect, 10 cases of effective and 0 cases of ineffective. The effective rate was 33.333.Although the two groups were compared with each other (P0.05), the curative effect of the treatment group was reliable, and the improvement of TCM symptoms was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Sequential treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children with combined traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve clinical symptoms quickly without obvious adverse reactions and is safe and effective.
