【摘要】：目的:探索清熱化痰飲配合西藥治療小兒代謝綜合征(MS)的臨床療效及對(duì)患兒體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)的影響。方法:選擇2014年1月—2015年12月期間于醫(yī)院檢查確診并接受治療的90例代謝綜合征患兒納入臨床研究,根據(jù)其入院時(shí)間進(jìn)行編號(hào),其中被編為單號(hào)者45例為對(duì)照組,采取常規(guī)西藥治療,編為雙號(hào)者45例為觀察組,在西藥治療基礎(chǔ)上配合清瘀化痰飲,分析臨床治療效果并進(jìn)行差異分析。結(jié)果:觀察組患者治療后腰圍(85.23±1.67)cm、BMI(24.10±1.54)均較其治療前和對(duì)照組明顯減少,各項(xiàng)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組患者治療后FBG(7.30±0.76)mmol/L、PBG(8.43±0.76)mmol/L、SBP(120.25±5.56)mm Hg、DBP(75.85±4.01)mm Hg,均較其治療前和對(duì)照組有明顯減少,各項(xiàng)差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組患者治療后TC(4.48±0.55)mmol/L、TG(1.78±0.27)mmol/L、LDL(2.80±0.33)mmol/L,均較其治療前和對(duì)照組有明顯減少,各項(xiàng)差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:清熱化痰飲配合西藥治療小兒代謝綜合征能調(diào)節(jié)其糖脂代謝紊亂,且在控制血壓,減輕體質(zhì)量方面效果顯著,可作為臨床治療的首選方案。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical effect of Qingre Huatan decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of metabolic syndrome in children (MSM) and its effect on the body mass index (BMI) of children. Methods: from January 2014 to December 2015, the patients were diagnosed and treated in hospital. 90 children with metabolic syndrome were included in the clinical study. According to the time of admission, 45 cases were classified as single number as control group, 45 cases were treated with routine western medicine, 45 cases as observation group, and combined with Qingyu Huatan decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment. Results: after treatment, the waist circumference of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment and in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). After treatment, the FBG(7.30 鹵0.76 mmol / L PBGG in the observation group was 8.43 鹵0.76 mmol-L / L, respectively, which was significantly lower than that before treatment and in the control group (P < 0.05). The LDL2.80 鹵0.33 mmol / L of LDL2.80 鹵0.33 mmol / L in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the treatment group, and there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of TC(4.48 鹵0.55 mmol / L ~ (-1) T ~ (-1), which was significantly lower than that before and in the control group (P < 0.05), and the difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05), which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Qingre Huatan decoction combined with western medicine can regulate the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism in children with metabolic syndrome, and has remarkable effect in controlling blood pressure and reducing body mass, so it can be used as the first choice in clinical treatment.
