【摘要】：目的：從理論、臨床方面對(duì)宣肺運(yùn)脾清瘟湯治療小兒手足口病的療效進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究，并探討其作用機(jī)理。 方法：遵循隨機(jī)的原則，將符合西醫(yī)小兒手足口病和中醫(yī)小兒手足口病肺脾濕熱證診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例患兒，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組30例，試驗(yàn)組30例，，對(duì)照組給予利巴韋林注射液；試驗(yàn)組給予宣肺運(yùn)脾化瘟湯和利巴韋林，療程為8天，觀察肺脾濕熱型手足口病的所有癥狀體征及相關(guān)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)，進(jìn)行治療前后對(duì)照比較、觀察研究。 結(jié)果：分別觀察兩組治療前、治療第4天及治療第8天患兒的癥狀、體征、理化檢查結(jié)果:熱退時(shí)間、皰疹消退時(shí)間、咳嗽、食欲不振等指標(biāo)好轉(zhuǎn)情況，試驗(yàn)組均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，臨床安全性指標(biāo)研究結(jié)果，宣肺運(yùn)脾清瘟湯未顯示對(duì)于重要臟器有毒副作用。 結(jié)論：宣肺運(yùn)脾化瘟湯治療小兒手足口病肺脾濕熱證，在臨床癥狀改善方面效果明顯，能減輕患兒痛苦，在常規(guī)用量范圍內(nèi)是安全有效的。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the therapeutic effect of Xuanfei Yunpi Qingwen decoction on children hand, foot and mouth disease in theory and clinic, and to explore its mechanism. Methods: according to the principle of randomness, 60 cases of children with hand, foot and mouth disease of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into control group (n = 30), experimental group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30) treated with ribavirin injection. The experimental group was given Xuanfei Yunpi Hua Wen decoction and ribavirin for 8 days. All symptoms and signs of hand, foot and mouth disease with dampness and heat of lung and spleen and related laboratory indexes were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results: the symptoms, signs, physical and chemical examination results of the two groups before treatment, on the 4th day and on the 8th day were observed. The results of physical and chemical examination were as follows: time of heat retreat, time of herpes regression, cough, loss of appetite and so on. The experimental group was superior to the control group. The results of clinical safety index study showed that Xuanfei Yunpi Qingwen decoction had no toxic and side effects on important organs. Conclusion: Xuanfei Yunpi Hua Wen decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of children's hand, foot and mouth disease syndrome with dampness and heat of lung and spleen, and can alleviate the pain of children.
