【摘要】：目的了解朝陽區(qū)手足口病重復(fù)感染的發(fā)生率及分布特點,為朝陽區(qū)手足口病的防控工作提供依據(jù)。方法利用中國疾病監(jiān)測信息報告管理系統(tǒng),對朝陽區(qū)2008-2014年發(fā)病的手足口病個案進行多次感染病例的篩選,采用描述流行病學(xué)的方法分析重復(fù)感染人群、時間、地區(qū)分布規(guī)律和特征。結(jié)果朝陽區(qū)2008-2014年共報告手足口病病例35 307例,重復(fù)感染發(fā)生率3.17%;發(fā)生高峰在5-7月,其中2次感染1 049例(96.77%),3次感染34例(3.13%),4次感染1例(0.09%),2次感染時間間隔平均15個月,85%的重復(fù)感染發(fā)生在初次感染24個月內(nèi)。全區(qū)43個街鄉(xiāng)均有重復(fù)感染病例報告,年齡越小,發(fā)生重復(fù)感染的機會越大。結(jié)論 2008-2014年朝陽區(qū)存在手足口病重復(fù)感染病例,患兒的性別、首次發(fā)病年齡、職業(yè)特征及居住地與手足口病重復(fù)感染有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence and distribution of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in Chaoyang District, and to provide the basis for the prevention and control of HFMD in Chaoyang District. Cases of HFMD in Chaoyang District from 2008 to 2014 were screened for multiple infections. The method of descriptive epidemiology was used to analyze the time of repeated infection. Results 35,307 hand-foot-mouth disease cases were reported in Chaoyang District from 2008 to 2014. The incidence of repeated infection was 3.177.The peak occurred in May and July. Among them, 1 049 cases (10. 777 / 3) were infected 3 times / 3 / 3 / 3 / 3 / 3 / 3. One case with 0. 09% and 4 times of infection occurred within 24 months of initial infection in an average of 15 months (85%). There were 43 street townships in the whole district, and the younger they were, the lower the age was. Conclusion there were HFMD cases in Chaoyang District from 2008 to 2014. Sex, age of first onset, occupation and place of residence were related to HFMD repeated infection in Chaoyang District from 2008 to 2014.
