【摘要】：目的:考察蘆山地震后兒童的急性應(yīng)激障礙(ASD)癥狀、創(chuàng)傷后應(yīng)激障礙(PTSD)癥狀和抑郁癥狀的關(guān)系,并探討地震后2周兒童ASD癥狀和抑郁癥狀對地震后6周PTSD癥狀和抑郁癥狀是否存在預(yù)測作用。方法:選取經(jīng)歷蘆山地震的10~14歲兒童197例(男生93例,女生104例),使用急性應(yīng)激障礙量表(ASDS)、加州大學(xué)創(chuàng)傷后應(yīng)激障礙反應(yīng)指數(shù)修改版(UCLA PTSD-RI)和簡版抑郁-焦慮-壓力量表(DASS)分別于地震后2周和6周進(jìn)行測查。采用交叉滯后分析方法對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:地震后2周兒童在ASDS上得分為(36.5±10.9),檢出率為28.6%,在DASS抑郁維度上得分為(3.3±2.8);6周兒童在UCLA PTSD-RI上得分為(18.5±12.6),檢出率為8.2%,在DASS的抑郁維度上得分為(3.3±3.5)。交叉滯后分析結(jié)果顯示,2周兒童ASDS得分對6周UCLA PTSD-RI得分(β=0.59,P0.001)和DASS抑郁維度得分(β=0.29,P0.001)的預(yù)測作用具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,而2周兒童DASS抑郁維度得分對6周兒童UCLA PTSD-RI得分的預(yù)測作用無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:地震后兒童ASD癥狀對隨后PTSD癥狀和抑郁癥狀具有正向的預(yù)測作用,地震后6周內(nèi)的抑郁癥狀可能相對穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between symptoms of acute stress disorder (ASD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and depression in children after Lushan earthquake. To explore whether the symptoms of ASD and depression in children at 2 weeks after the earthquake can predict the symptoms of PTSD and depression at 6 weeks after the earthquake, 197 children (93 males) with 10 or 14 years of age who experienced the Lushan earthquake were selected. 104 female students were tested with the Acute stress Disorder scale (ASDS), the modified UCLA PTSD-RI and the simple version of the Depression, anxiety and stress scale (DASS) at 2 and 6 weeks after the earthquake, respectively. Results: at 2 weeks after the earthquake, the score of children on ASDS was 36.5 鹵10.9 and the detectable rate was 28.6. The score of depression dimension of DASS was 3.3 鹵2.8 weeks. The score of children on UCLA PTSD-RI was 18.5 鹵12.60.The detection rate was 8.2% in DASS. The results of cross-lag analysis showed that the ASDS scores of children at 2 weeks had a significant predictive effect on the scores of UCLA PTSD-RI at 6 weeks (尾 -0.59 鹵P 0.001) and DASS depression dimensions (尾 -0.29, P 0.001). However, there was no significant difference in predicting the score of UCLA PTSD-RI in children at 2 weeks after the earthquake. Conclusion: the ASD symptoms of children after the earthquake have a positive predictive effect on the subsequent PTSD symptoms and depressive symptoms. Depressive symptoms may be relatively stable within 6 weeks after the earthquake.
