【摘要】：目的了解黑龍江省牡丹江市學齡前兒童反復呼吸道感染(RRTI)現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素,為兒童RRTI防治提供參考依據(jù)。方法于2015年9月—2016年9月采用隨機整群抽樣方法在牡丹江市抽取9個行政區(qū)18家幼兒園1 583名非寄宿制學齡前兒童,采用自行設計調(diào)查問卷對其監(jiān)護人進行學齡前兒童呼吸道感染情況調(diào)查。結果結果牡丹江市1 583名學齡前兒童中,RRTI者432例,感染率為27.29%;432例RRTI學齡前兒童中,反復上呼吸道感染236例(54.63%),反復下呼吸道感染196例(45.37%);多因素非條件logistic回歸分析結果顯示,零食攝入量≥7次/周、同住人吸煙、哮喘和家中有慢性呼吸系統(tǒng)患者是牡丹江市學齡前兒童RRTI的危險因素,蔬菜攝入量≥7次/周和戶外活動時間≥2 h/d是牡丹江市學齡前兒童RRTI的保護性因素。結論牡丹江市學齡前兒童RRTI情況較為嚴重,零食攝入量、同住人是否吸煙、有無哮喘、家中有慢性呼吸系統(tǒng)患者、蔬菜攝入量和戶外活動時間是牡丹江市學齡前兒童RRTI的主要影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the current situation of recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI) in preschool children in Mudanjiang City of Heilongjiang Province and its influencing factors. Methods from September 2015 to September 2016, a random cluster sampling method was used to select 1 583 non-boarding preschool children from 18 kindergartens in 9 districts in Mudanjiang City. Results among the 1 583 preschool children in Mudanjiang City, 432 were RRTI-positive, and the infection rate was 27.2929 / 432 RRTI preschool children. There were 236 cases of recurrent upper respiratory tract infection and 196 cases of recurrent lower respiratory tract infection, the results of multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that the intake of snacks was more than 7 times per week, and the same residents smoked.
