【摘要】：正1臨床資料患兒男,8歲,體重24 kg,體表面積0.94 m~2。因左耳疼痛11d,發(fā)熱9d就診。2014年7月24日經(jīng)骨髓穿刺診斷為急性髓系白血病(acute myeloid leukemia,AML)。8月4日予鹽酸伊達(dá)比星、阿糖胞苷化療,9月3日予大劑量阿糖胞苷化療,化療后骨髓達(dá)到完全緩解。10月11日查白細(xì)胞0.51×10~9/L,中性粒細(xì)胞絕對(duì)值0.00×10~9/L,
[Abstract]:Clinical data: male male was 8 years old, weight was 24 kg, body surface area was 0.94 mm2. He was admitted to hospital for 11 days due to left ear pain and 9 days of fever. On July 2014, acute myeloid leukemia was diagnosed as acute myeloid leukemia by bone marrow puncture on July 2014. Idabisin hydrochloride was given on August 4th. Cytosine arabinoside chemotherapy, high dose cytosine arabinoside chemotherapy in September 3rd, the bone marrow reached complete remission after chemotherapy. On October 11th, the leukocyte count was 0.51 脳 10 ~ (9) / L, and the absolute value of neutrophils was 0.00 脳 10 ~ (9) / L,
