【摘要】：兒童孟氏骨折是臨床常見損傷,易漏診而發(fā)展成為陳舊性骨折,影響患者肘關(guān)節(jié)及前臂的發(fā)育及功能,也加大了治療難度。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的前臂全長X線片可很好的避免兒童孟氏骨折的漏診。本文就兒童陳舊性孟氏骨折的診療現(xiàn)狀作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Children's Mencius fracture is a common clinical injury. It is easy to miss diagnosis and develop into old fracture, which affects the development and function of the elbow joint and forearm of the patient. Standard full-length X-ray film of forearm can avoid missed diagnosis of children's Mencius fracture. This article reviews the diagnosis and treatment of old Monteggia fracture in children.
