【摘要】：目的探討3歲以下喘息患兒腸道主要微生物變化,分析病理機(jī)制。方法選取唐山婦幼保健院2013年10月至2015年4月診治的3歲以下喘息患兒143例為觀察組,同期健康體檢兒童143例為對(duì)照組,均行腸道菌群檢測(cè)、T淋巴細(xì)胞檢測(cè)、炎癥因子檢測(cè)、細(xì)胞因子檢測(cè)。結(jié)果觀察組雙歧桿菌、B/E值、CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+、轉(zhuǎn)化生長(zhǎng)因子-β1(TGF-β1)低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。觀察組大腸桿菌、白細(xì)胞介素(IL)-17、C反應(yīng)蛋白、白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。雙歧桿菌、B/E值與CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+、TGF-β1呈明顯正相關(guān)性。雙歧桿菌、B/E值與IL-17、C反應(yīng)蛋白、白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)呈明顯負(fù)相關(guān)性。大腸桿菌與CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+、TGF-β1呈明顯負(fù)相關(guān)性。大腸桿菌與IL-17、C反應(yīng)蛋白、白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)呈明顯正相關(guān)性。結(jié)論 3歲以下喘息患兒腸道菌群有改變,雙歧桿菌減少,大腸桿菌增加,可能與免疫功能、炎癥反應(yīng)有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of intestinal microorganism in children under 3 years of age and to analyze the pathological mechanism. Methods 143 children under 3 years of age who were diagnosed and treated by Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2013 to April 2015 were selected as observation group. In the same period, 143 healthy children were taken as the control group. All of them were examined by intestinal microflora, inflammatory factors and cytokines. Results the B / E value of Bifidobacterium in the observation group was CD4 ~ + CD8 ~ / CD8 ~ / CD8 ~. TGF- 尾 1) of TGF- 尾 1 was lower than that of control group (P 0.05). The leukocyte count of the observed group was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between the B- E value of Bifidobacterium and CD4 ~ + CD8 ~ / CD8 ~ + TGF- 尾 _ 1, and the relationship between the B- E value of Bifidobacterium and the IL-17C reactive protein. There was a negative correlation between Escherichia coli and CD4 ~ / CD8 ~ + TGF- 尾 _ 1, and a positive correlation between E. coli and IL-17 C-reactive protein and white blood cell count. Conclusion there is a change in intestinal microflora in children under 3 years of age with wheezing. The decrease of Bifidobacterium and the increase of Escherichia coli may be related to immune function and inflammation.
