【摘要】：目的了解替代第二類疫苗(SV)對兒童完成國家免疫規(guī)劃疫苗系列(NIPVS)接種的影響,為兒童免疫規(guī)劃工作提供參考依據(jù)。方法于2013年10月采用按容量比例概率抽樣方法從福建省1 004個合并后的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)中抽取34個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)(街道),按批質量保證抽樣方法抽取其中1 428名2~4歲兒童進行疫苗接種情況調查,評估SV的覆蓋范圍及其對兒童完成NIPVS的影響。結果調查的34個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)(街道)中有24個(70.6%)開展了SV服務,調查的1 428名兒童中有1 350名兒童完成了NIPVS接種,NIPVS完成接種率為94.5%;未供應SV地區(qū)兒童、SV供應地區(qū)未接種SV兒童和供應SV地區(qū)接種SV兒童NIPVS完成接種率分別為96.4%、92.1%和97.9%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=17.00,P0.01);多因素非條件logistic回歸分析結果顯示,年齡3~4歲、父親文化程度高中/中專和居住在丘陵地區(qū)均有利于兒童完成NIPVS接種;少數(shù)民族和SV供應地區(qū)未接種SV均不利于兒童完成NIPVS接種。結論供應SV對兒童完成NIPVS接種具有雙刃劍作用,對于SV供應地區(qū)兒童更應促進其SV的接種。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of SVV on the NIPVSs of children who completed the National Immunization Program Vaccine Series (NIPVSs). Methods in October 2013, 34 out of 1 004 combined villages and towns in Fujian Province were sampled by capacity proportional probability sampling method. A total of 1,428 children aged 2 to 4 years were selected for vaccination survey. To assess the coverage of SV and its impact on children's completion of NIPVS. Results SV services were conducted in 24 of the 34 townships (streets) surveyed. Of the 1,428 children surveyed, 1 350 completed the NIPVS vaccination coverage rate was 94.55.The complete coverage rates of SV children in the unsupplied SV area and SV children in the SV supply area and SV children in the SV supply area were 96.4 / 92. 1% and 92. 1% respectively. 97.9, the difference was statistically significant (蠂 2 + 17.00 P 0.01), the results of multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis showed that, The age of 3 to 4 years old, father's education level high school / technical secondary school and living in the hilly area are beneficial to children to complete NIPVS vaccination; Conclusion the supply of SV has a double-edged effect on the completion of NIPVS inoculation in children, especially for the children in SV supply areas.
