深圳市中小學(xué)生血壓與體質(zhì)量指數(shù)的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的探討深圳市中小學(xué)生血壓與體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)的關(guān)系,為高血壓的早期預(yù)防提供參考。方法抽取深圳市小學(xué)、初中、高中各10所共40 989名學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)學(xué)生身高、體重和血壓數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行測(cè)量和分析。結(jié)果高血壓檢出率達(dá)12.49%,高收縮壓和高舒張壓檢出率分別為9.07%和5.70%。不同營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況學(xué)生高血壓、高收縮壓、高舒張壓檢出率差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2值分別為340.630,668.535,101.548,P值均0.01),肥胖學(xué)生高血壓、高收縮壓和高舒張壓檢出率均最高,分別為23.79%,19.72%和9.61%;營(yíng)養(yǎng)正常學(xué)生高血壓、高收縮壓和高舒張壓檢出率分別為10.67%,7.38%和5.15%。相關(guān)性分析顯示,不同性別學(xué)段學(xué)生收縮壓、舒張壓均與BMI呈正相關(guān)(P值均0.01)。結(jié)論深圳市中小學(xué)生血壓狀況不容樂(lè)觀,血壓與BMI存在正相關(guān),應(yīng)多關(guān)注超重肥胖兒童的血壓狀況。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between blood pressure and body mass index (BMI) in primary and middle school students in Shenzhen, and to provide reference for early prevention of hypertension. Results the detection rate of hypertension was 12.49, high systolic blood pressure and high diastolic blood pressure were 9.07% and 5.70 respectively. The detectable rate of high diastolic blood pressure was significantly different (蠂 ~ 2 = 340.630 ~ 668.535A 101.548p = 0.01g / L, respectively). The detection rates of hypertension, high systolic blood pressure and high diastolic pressure in obese students were the highest (23.79g / r 19.72%) and 9.61g / s, respectively. The positive rates of high systolic blood pressure and high diastolic blood pressure were 10.677.38% and 5.15%, respectively. The correlation analysis showed that systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were positively correlated with BMI (P = 0.01). Conclusion the blood pressure of primary and middle school students in Shenzhen is not optimistic. There is a positive correlation between blood pressure and BMI, and more attention should be paid to the blood pressure of overweight and obese children.
