【摘要】：目的比較單磷酸阿糖腺苷與利巴韋林治療手足口病(HFMD)患兒的效果。方法將某院2013年4月—2015年4月收治的120例HFMD患兒隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對照組,每組60例,觀察組采用單磷酸阿糖腺苷進(jìn)行治療,對照組采用利巴韋林進(jìn)行治療,比較兩組患兒療效。結(jié)果治療后觀察組腸道病毒EV、EV71、柯薩奇病毒A16(CA16)的病毒轉(zhuǎn)陰率分別為87.0%、85.7%、93.1%,對照組分別為64.0%、69.8%、78.6%,兩組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。觀察組患兒住院時間為(4.5±1.3)d,短于對照組的(6.2±1.2)d;各癥狀(發(fā)熱、口腔炎、皮疹)控制時間均短于對照組(均P0.05)。按有無合并癥進(jìn)行分組,觀察組的治療效果均優(yōu)于對照組;治療后觀察組患兒心肌酶譜各項指標(biāo)、C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)、WBC均低于對照組(均P0.05)。結(jié)論單磷酸阿糖腺苷治療組HFMD患兒療效優(yōu)于利巴韋林對照組,但需進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the efficacy of adenosine arabinomonophosphate and ribavirin in the treatment of HFMD in children with HFMD. Methods from April 2013 to April 2015, 120 children with HFMD were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with adenosine arabinoside monophosphate and the control group with ribavirin. Results after treatment, the negative rate of enterovirus EV71 and Coxsackie virus A16 CA16 in the observation group was 87.0 and 85.7 respectively, and that in the control group was 69.88.6. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The hospitalization time of the children in the observation group was 4.5 鹵1.3 days, which was shorter than that in the control group (6.2 鹵1.2 days), and the control time of each symptom (fever, stomatitis, rash) was shorter than that in the control group (P 0.05). The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and all the indexes of myocardial enzyme spectrum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the therapeutic effect of adenosine monophosphate treatment group is better than that of ribavirin control group. But further study is needed.
