“學(xué)校-家庭-醫(yī)院”三位一體健康教育模式對(duì)肥胖兒童的影響

【摘要】:目的探討"學(xué)校-家庭-醫(yī)院"三位一體健康教育模式對(duì)學(xué)齡期肥胖兒童的影響。方法采取分層抽樣的方法,隨機(jī)選取滄州市城區(qū)和郊區(qū)共計(jì)8所小學(xué),篩選出其中二、三、四年級(jí)的肥胖學(xué)生788人,按照隨機(jī)原則均分成綜合干預(yù)組和對(duì)照組。干預(yù)1年后,比較2組肥胖兒童在飲食習(xí)慣、運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間、能量消耗等方面的差異及家長(zhǎng)在干預(yù)前后對(duì)肥胖態(tài)度及行為的改變情況。結(jié)果干預(yù)后,二年級(jí)干預(yù)組和對(duì)照組的肥胖率分別為17.05%和55.81%;三年級(jí)的肥胖率分別為19.56%和55.07%;四年級(jí)的肥胖率分別為8.67%和54.33%,差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。與對(duì)照組相比較,干預(yù)組的兒童家長(zhǎng)對(duì)孩子健康成長(zhǎng)認(rèn)知顯著提高。干預(yù)后,二年級(jí)干預(yù)組與對(duì)照組的果蔬攝入比分別為69.5%和30.2%;三年級(jí)的分別為72.4%和32.5%;四年級(jí)的分別為70.3%和33.4%,差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。二年級(jí)干預(yù)組與對(duì)照組的每日體育運(yùn)動(dòng)消耗能量分別為(856.3±31.8)kcal和(533.2±25.8)kcal;三年級(jí)的分別為(876.4±22.7)kcal和(547.8±20.2)kcal;四年級(jí)的分別為(836.3±36.2)kcal和(550.5±21.4)kcal,差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論 "學(xué)校-家庭-醫(yī)院"三位一體健康教育模式,對(duì)肥胖兒童治療有著積極作用,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of "school, family and hospital" health education model on obese children of school age. Methods eight primary schools in Cangzhou City and suburb were randomly selected by stratified sampling, and two and three of them were screened out. According to the random principle, 788 obese students in grade 4 were divided into two groups: the comprehensive intervention group and the control group. After one year of intervention, the dietary habits and exercise time of the two groups were compared. Differences in energy expenditure and changes in parents' attitudes and behaviors towards obesity before and after intervention. The obesity rates of the second grade intervention group and the control group were 17.05% and 55.81, the third grade obesity rates were 19.56% and 55.07, and the fourth grade obesity rates were 8.67% and 54.33, respectively. The difference was statistically significant compared with the control group. In the intervention group, the parents' cognition on the healthy growth of their children was significantly improved. The ratio of fruit and vegetable intake in the second grade intervention group and the control group was 69.5% and 30.2 respectively; in the third grade was 72.4% and 32.5; in the fourth grade was 70.3% and 33.4, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). The daily sports activities in the second grade intervention group and the control group were significant. The energy expenditure was 856.3 鹵31.8kcal and 533.2 鹵25.8kcalrespectively in grade three, 876.4 鹵22.7kcal and 547.8 鹵20.2kcal in grade three, and 836.3 鹵36.2kcal and 550.5 鹵21.4kcalrespectively in grade four. Treatment of obese children has a positive role, it is worth promoting.
