基于體感互動技術(shù)的ADHD兒童執(zhí)行功能研究

【摘要】:執(zhí)行功能是近半個世紀(jì)來神經(jīng)心理學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究熱點,并且隨著對有執(zhí)行功能缺陷的人群,尤其是特殊兒童的研究,近幾年來也逐漸在特殊教育領(lǐng)域擴大了研究的廣度。在研究過程中,不同的執(zhí)行功能測量方式得以使用,其中,操作性執(zhí)行功能測驗的種類尤為繁多。不同的測驗范式和呈現(xiàn)方式會對執(zhí)行功能的測量結(jié)果產(chǎn)生影響,實驗室環(huán)境中某項執(zhí)行功能的測量也無法觀察兒童執(zhí)行功能的整體表現(xiàn)。因此,本研究嘗試將體感互動技術(shù)和經(jīng)典的執(zhí)行功能測量范式相結(jié)合,設(shè)計了停止信號任務(wù)和譯碼任務(wù)兩項體感互動任務(wù),對注意缺陷/多動障礙(ADHD)兒童和典型發(fā)展兒童進行了執(zhí)行功能測驗,以探索體感互動任務(wù)應(yīng)用于ADHD兒童執(zhí)行功能評估的可行性。研究結(jié)果顯示:(1)譯碼任務(wù)對兒童執(zhí)行功能的測量結(jié)果與Stroop色-詞關(guān)聯(lián)測驗、威斯康辛卡片分類測驗和背數(shù)測驗結(jié)果有極其顯著的相關(guān),具體體現(xiàn)在譯碼任務(wù)結(jié)果的數(shù)據(jù)上。(2)反應(yīng)停止任務(wù)與執(zhí)行功能測驗的相關(guān)性并不大,但是任務(wù)中的紅燈錯誤率和紅燈停止反應(yīng)時與執(zhí)行功能測驗有一定相關(guān)性。(3)通過體感互動任務(wù)可以發(fā)現(xiàn),ADHD-Ⅰ型和ADHD-C型兒童的執(zhí)行功能情況并沒有顯著差異,但是ADHD-C型兒童執(zhí)行功能缺陷程度更重一點。(4)藥物能夠有效改善ADHD兒童的注意控制、認知靈活性和工作記憶的語音環(huán)能力,對于抑制能力也有一定改善。(5)采用體感互動任務(wù)測量ADHD兒童和典型發(fā)展兒童的執(zhí)行功能,結(jié)果顯示出顯著的差異性,說明體感互動任務(wù)測量執(zhí)行功能具有一定效度。綜合研究結(jié)果進行分析和討論,可以得出以下結(jié)論:由于良好的互動、對兒童認知和運動等多種能力的調(diào)動,有別于其他臨床測驗,體感互動技術(shù)任務(wù)可反映多種執(zhí)行功能的綜合情況。體感互動技術(shù)應(yīng)用于ADHD兒童執(zhí)行功能測量有獨特的優(yōu)勢,能夠彌補傳統(tǒng)操作性執(zhí)行功能測驗的不足,因此,在ADHD兒童執(zhí)行功能評估中具有一定的應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Executive function has been a hot research topic in the field of neuropsychology for nearly half a century, and along with the research on the population with executive dysfunction, especially special children, In recent years, it has also gradually expanded the scope of research in the field of special education. In the course of the research, different ways of measuring executive functions have been used, among which, The types of operational executive function tests are particularly diverse. Different test paradigms and presentation patterns have an impact on the measurement results of executive function. The measurement of an executive function in a laboratory environment can not observe the overall performance of the executive function of children. Therefore, this study attempts to combine the somatosensory interaction technology with the classical executive function measurement paradigm. Two somatosensory interactive tasks, stop signal task and decoding task, were designed. Executive function tests were performed on ADHD children and typical children with ADHD. In order to explore the feasibility of applying somatosensory interaction task to the evaluation of ADHD children's executive function, the research results show that the measurement results of children's executive function by the decoding task and the Stroop color-word association test, There was a significant correlation between the Wisconsin card sorting test and the back number test, as reflected in the data from the decoding task.) the correlation between the stop task and the executive function test was not significant.
