【摘要】：目的了解天津市免疫規(guī)劃疫苗脫漏兒童影響因素以制定更加科學(xué)合理的管理策略。方法通過文獻(xiàn)檢索和專家訪談得到可能導(dǎo)致兒童脫漏免疫規(guī)劃疫苗的因素,采用德爾菲咨詢法,對(duì)選取的40名專家開展咨詢。通過統(tǒng)計(jì)分析影響因素重要性得分的算術(shù)均數(shù)和變異系數(shù)對(duì)影響因素進(jìn)行篩選,并確定各影響因素的權(quán)重。結(jié)果兩輪咨詢專家的積極系數(shù)分別為95%和100%,專家熟悉程度與權(quán)威系數(shù)分別為0.86和0.88;協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)分別為0.74和0.87。經(jīng)過兩輪專家咨詢,天津市免疫規(guī)劃疫苗脫漏兒童影響因素共篩選出5個(gè)一級(jí)條目,12個(gè)二級(jí)條目,31個(gè)三級(jí)條目。一級(jí)條目中,管理策略、經(jīng)費(fèi)保障、宣傳動(dòng)員權(quán)重最高,分別為0.26、0.23、0.18,其各自次級(jí)條目中跨部門合作、預(yù)算額度和媒體宣傳權(quán)重較高,分別為0.40、0.54、0.61。結(jié)論應(yīng)從爭(zhēng)取跨部門合做政策,提高專項(xiàng)經(jīng)費(fèi)投入,加強(qiáng)媒體宣傳等多方面入手,制定更加科學(xué)、合理、高效的免疫規(guī)劃疫苗脫漏兒童干預(yù)策略。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the influencing factors of immunization planning vaccine in children in Tianjin in order to make a more scientific and reasonable management strategy. By using Delphi method, 40 selected experts were consulted. The influence factors were screened through statistical analysis of the arithmetic mean and coefficient of variation of the importance score of the influencing factors. Results the positive coefficients of the two rounds of consultation experts were 95% and 100, the familiarity and authority coefficients of experts were 0.86 and 0.88, the coordination coefficients were 0.74 and 0.87 respectively. A total of 5 first-level items, 12 second-level items and 31 third-level items were screened out from the influencing factors of vaccine leakage in Tianjin immunization program. Among the first-level items, management strategy, funds guarantee and propaganda mobilization were the most important items. They are 0.26 / 0.230.18 respectively, and their respective sub-items are inter-departmental cooperation, with a high budget quota and a high weight of media publicity, respectively, 0.400.540.61.Conclusion it is necessary to start with various aspects, such as striving for a policy of inter-departmental cooperation, increasing special funding input, and strengthening media publicity, and so on. To develop more scientific, rational and efficient immunization planning vaccine leak-free children intervention strategy.
