小學(xué)生攜帶甲氧西林耐藥金葡菌及其毒素基因分析

【摘要】:目的了解小學(xué)生攜帶甲氧西林耐藥金葡菌(MRSA)情況及菌株中毒素基因,為靶向性藥物研發(fā)等醫(yī)學(xué)實(shí)踐提供遺傳標(biāo)志物資料。方法方便整群抽取廣州市1所小學(xué)在校健康小學(xué)生1 012名,進(jìn)行鼻拭子采樣,采用PCR實(shí)驗(yàn)檢測(cè)菌株中毒素基因。結(jié)果小學(xué)生中金葡菌攜帶率為40.1%,MRSA攜帶率為1.2%。金葡菌中hlb,sak,scn,chp,sep基因的檢出率較高(81.7%,97.8%,82.4%,77.0%),其次是seA,seB,seC基因(33.4%,15.1%, 7.2% )。MRSA菌株中的chp,seB,seC,pvl基因的檢出率均明顯高于甲氧西林敏感金葡菌(MSSA)菌株(P值均0.05);MRSA菌株中同時(shí)檢出2種或3種毒素基因的檢出率均明顯高于MSSA菌株(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論健康小學(xué)生金葡菌及其毒素基因攜帶率較高,MRSA菌株的潛在致病能力不容忽視。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of MRSA-carrying methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus in primary school students and the toxin gene in the strain. Methods 1012 healthy pupils in a primary school in Guangzhou were sampled by cluster sampling for nasal swabs. The PCR test was used to detect the toxin genes of the strains. Results the carrying rate of Staphylococcus aureus in primary school students was 40.1 and the rate of carrying MRSA was 1.2. The detection rate of hlbbsaksakscnscnscnscnchpfsep in Staphylococcus aureus was higher than that of 81.77.87.87.87.87.87.87.87.80.The next was the gene 33.41.The detection rate of chpseBseBseCpvl in 7.2%% MRSA was all clear. The results showed that the detection rate of the toxin gene of Staphylococcus aureus in primary school students was 40.1%. The detection rate of chpseBseBseCpvl gene in 7.2% strains of Staphylococcus aureus was clear. The detection rate of 2 or 3 toxin genes in MRSA strains was significantly higher than that in MSSA strains. Conclusion the positive rate of staphylococcus aureus and its toxin gene in healthy primary school students is higher than that of MSSA strains. The potential pathogenicity of higher MRSA strains should not be ignored.
