烏魯木齊市手足口病的病原學(xué)特征分析

【摘要】:目的分析2010-2016年烏魯木齊市手足口病的病原構(gòu)成及病原學(xué)特征,為手足口病防治工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法收集烏魯木齊市各級醫(yī)療機構(gòu)手足口臨床診斷病例標(biāo)本,采用逆轉(zhuǎn)錄聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)方法對腸道病毒核酸進(jìn)行檢測。結(jié)果 7年共采集4 791例手足口病病例標(biāo)本,檢出腸道病毒陽性3 875例,陽性率為80.88%,其中EV7l陽性1301例(27.16%),CoxA16陽性1 501例(31.33%),其他腸道病毒陽性1 068例(22.29%),EV7l和CoxA16混合感染陽性5例(0.10%);病例高峰期在5-7月(80.19%),發(fā)病人群集中在1~5歲(81.29%),標(biāo)本中男女比例為1.43∶1,不同性別腸道病毒陽性檢出率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;7年間手足口病病原構(gòu)成比差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(X~2=132.82,P0.001)。結(jié)論 2010-2016年烏魯木齊市手足口病病原以EV7l和CoxA16為主,多型別共存,并交替流行,加強手足口病病原監(jiān)測工作,尤其對其他腸道病毒的分型檢測,為手足口病防治提供實驗室依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the pathogenic composition and etiological characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease in Urumqi from 2010 to 2016, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of hand foot and mouth disease. Methods the clinical diagnosis cases of hand, foot and mouth in various medical institutions in Urumqi were collected. Results 4791 samples of hand, foot and mouth disease were collected in 7 years, and 3 875 positive cases of enterovirus were detected by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR). The positive rate was 80.88, of which 1 501 cases were positive for EV7l, 1 501 cases were positive for CoxA16, 1 068 cases were positive for other enterovirus, 5 cases were positive for mixed infection of EV7l and CoxA16. There was no significant difference in the positive detection rate of enterovirus between sexes. In the past seven years, there was significant difference in the pathogen composition ratio of hand, foot and mouth disease. Conclusion EV7l and CoxA16 are the main pathogens of hand, foot and mouth disease in Urumqi from 2010 to 2016. In order to provide laboratory basis for the prevention and treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease, the surveillance of hand, foot and mouth disease pathogen should be strengthened, especially the detection of other enteroviruses in order to provide laboratory basis for the prevention and treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease.
