【摘要】：目的：應(yīng)用相關(guān)分析方法了解和探討幾種常見病原體感染引起的小兒病毒性肺炎臨床資料與中醫(yī)證型的相關(guān)性，進一步了解小兒病毒性肺炎臨床特點及中醫(yī)辨證分型分布規(guī)律，以提高臨床辨證的準(zhǔn)確性，為臨床合理用藥和辨證分型提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 方法：制定統(tǒng)一調(diào)查表，收集研究對象的各項臨床項目，建立信息數(shù)據(jù)庫，采用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計軟件包建立數(shù)據(jù)庫進行數(shù)據(jù)分析，以百分率做描述性分析，組間比較采用確切概率法進行檢驗。 結(jié)果：共收集了105例病毒性肺炎的病例。風(fēng)邪閉肺型和痰熱閉肺型占多數(shù)，其中痰熱閉肺型是本病發(fā)病率最高的證型。各證型在發(fā)熱程度、咳嗽程度、氣促、鼻煽、舌象等方面有顯著差異，各證型間在年齡、Up音、WBC、心肌酶、胸片等方面無顯著性差異。 結(jié)論：通過臨床病例調(diào)查，，進一步了解小兒病毒性肺炎臨床特點及中醫(yī)辨證分型分布規(guī)律，為小兒病毒性肺炎臨床辨證提供了客觀化依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the correlation between the clinical data of viral pneumonia caused by several common pathogens and TCM syndromes by using the method of correlation analysis. In order to improve the accuracy of clinical syndrome differentiation and to provide scientific basis for rational drug use and syndrome differentiation, we should further understand the clinical characteristics of viral pneumonia in children and the distribution law of TCM syndrome differentiation. Methods: the unified questionnaire was established, the clinical items of the subjects were collected, the information database was established, and the database was established by SPSS19.0 software package for data analysis. The percentage was used as descriptive analysis, and the exact probability method was used to test the comparison between groups. Results: a total of 105 cases of viral pneumonia were collected. The types of wind-evil and phlegm-heat were mostly. The syndrome of phlegm and heat blocking lung was the highest incidence of the disease. Each syndrome type was in the degree of fever and cough. There were significant differences in shortness of breath, nasal fan and tongue image, but there was no significant difference among the different syndromes in age, myocardial enzyme, chest radiography and so on. Conclusion: through the investigation of clinical cases, we can further understand the clinical characteristics of viral pneumonia in children and the distribution law of TCM syndrome differentiation, which provides an objective basis for clinical syndrome differentiation of viral pneumonia in children.
