文章摘要：目的 了解臨床兒科護士的沖突處理方式及其相關(guān)影響因素.方法 方便性抽樣選取上海市3所醫(yī)院306名臨床兒科護士,采用一般資料調(diào)查表、美國Rahim沖突處理模式量表-Ⅱ（Rahim organizational conflict lnventory-Ⅱ,ROCI-Ⅱ）對其進行調(diào)查,并對結(jié)果進行分析.結(jié)果 臨床兒科護士面對工作沖突時最常用的處理方式為整合,其次為讓步、妥協(xié)、逃避,最不常用的為支配;臨床兒科護士的職稱、年齡、學歷和婚姻狀況等對其面對工作沖突時的處理方式存在影響（均P〈0.05）.結(jié)論 護理管理者制定臨床兒科護士沖突處理培訓方案需結(jié)合中國的文化背景、兒科護理發(fā)展狀況,同時要考慮護理人員的個體情況.

Abstr：Objective To identify the conflict handling style of pediatric nurses in clinic. and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods By convenience sampling, a total of 306 pediatric nurses from 3 hospitals in Shanghai were recruited and assessed by ＂Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory- IT （ROCI- IT ）＂ and ＂personal information table＂. Results The most commonly used style by pediatric nurses in clinic for conflict handling is collaborating, followed by obliging, compromising. avoiding. and rarely dominating. The conflict handling styles can be influenced by clinical pediatric nurses＇ their ages. marital status, professional and academic levels （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion When formulate nursing conflict training program. Chinese culture as well as the developmental history of pediatric nursing, the persoral information of the pediatric nurses should be considered by nurse managers.
