在雞遺傳研究和綠殼蛋雞產(chǎn)業(yè)中,尤其是在雞綠殼致因突變發(fā)現(xiàn)后,綠殼性狀是一個有趣的研究對象。在中國,已經(jīng)選育出東鄉(xiāng)綠殼蛋雞,且該群體中綠殼蛋的致因基因SLCO1B3的顯性純合子已經(jīng)被固定。盡管被固定的綠殼蛋雞都產(chǎn)綠殼蛋,但蛋殼的綠色程度卻深淺不一。在本研究中我們對蛋殼顏色相關的色素膽綠素與原卟啉進行了基本分析,以此獲得表型性狀:膽綠素含量（QB）,原卟啉含量（QP）及總色素含量（QT）,然后我們測定了與血紅素通路相關的三個潛在調(diào)控基因（SLCO1B3,H01,BLVRA）的mRNA表達水平,以評估這些候選基因與蛋殼顏色強度性狀的相關性。我們的研究結果顯示,這些基因與該性狀沒有顯著的關聯(lián)。在前期工作中,通過全基因組關聯(lián)分析,我們鑒定了一些與蛋殼顏色深淺有關的18個SNP位點,為了驗證全基因組關聯(lián)分析的結果,我們在兩個獨立的中國東鄉(xiāng)綠殼蛋雞群體中對鑒定到的18個SNP進行了進一步的驗證工作,這18個SNP均勻分布在GGA21與蛋殼色素顯著相關的區(qū)域內(nèi)。驗證群體包括來自于用于GWAS研究群體產(chǎn)生的第二個世代,包含146個個體（N146）,和另外一個來自江西東鄉(xiāng)綠殼蛋雞保種場的獨立群體,包含28...
