Effect and Mechanism of Aging Corn and Rice Bran Oil on Perf

玉米是一種重要的糧食作物,也是畜禽飼料中主要的大宗原料。自從2017年以來(lái),我國(guó)面臨著玉米去庫(kù)存的問(wèn)題。大量的陳化玉米進(jìn)入到畜禽配合飼料,但陳化玉米對(duì)畜禽生產(chǎn)性能的影響規(guī)律及其可能機(jī)理目前還不清楚。因此,本論文通過(guò)4個(gè)試驗(yàn),系統(tǒng)研究了陳化玉米與油脂種類、油脂水平以及油脂品質(zhì)及其互作對(duì)肉鴨生產(chǎn)性能、屠宰性能、產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)、機(jī)體抗氧化能力及腸道生理的影響,為陳化玉米在肉鴨飼糧中的合理應(yīng)用提供技術(shù)支撐。試驗(yàn)1陳化玉米與大豆油對(duì)肉鴨生產(chǎn)性能、肉品質(zhì)及機(jī)體抗氧化能力的影響本試驗(yàn)旨在研究在不同水平陳化玉米飼糧中添加或不添加大豆油對(duì)肉鴨生產(chǎn)性能、肉品質(zhì)及機(jī)體抗氧化能力的影響。選擇768只1日齡櫻桃谷肉鴨隨機(jī)分為6個(gè)處理,每個(gè)處理8個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)16只鴨。試驗(yàn)采用2×3設(shè)計(jì),2是指不添加或添加3%大豆油,3是指陳化玉米按0,50%和100%替代正常玉米。試驗(yàn)期為35d,分為1-14d和15-35d兩個(gè)階段。結(jié)果表明,陳化玉米和大豆油對(duì)肉鴨試驗(yàn)期間的體重和體增重?zé)o影響(P>0.05),但陳化玉米100%替代正常玉米顯著降低(P<0.05)了肉鴨15-35d采食量,添加3%大豆油增加了(P<...
