【摘要】：針對(duì)籠養(yǎng)蛋雞場(chǎng)人工撿蛋、勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大、作業(yè)速度緩慢的現(xiàn)狀,設(shè)計(jì)了籠養(yǎng)雞雞蛋自動(dòng)收集入盤(pán)器,采用傳送帶傳送雞蛋,采用兩塊斜度不同的擋板和傳送帶,實(shí)現(xiàn)雞蛋傳送調(diào)向,采用光電傳感器檢測(cè)雞蛋,采用十字滑軌實(shí)現(xiàn)雞蛋入盤(pán)。樣機(jī)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)雞蛋自動(dòng)收集入盤(pán),破蛋率在3%以?xún)?nèi)。該研究提高了雞蛋的自動(dòng)收集效率,節(jié)約勞動(dòng)力,為雞蛋的自動(dòng)分級(jí)設(shè)計(jì)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the present situation of manual egg picking up in the cage chicken farm, the present situation of high labor intensity and slow operation speed, the automatic collection and entry device of eggs in cage chicken was designed. The conveyor belt was used to transport the eggs, and two baffles and conveyors with different slopes were used to realize the direction of egg conveying, and the photoelectric sensor was used to detect the eggs, and the cross slide rail was used to realize the eggs into the pan. The prototype can realize the automatic collection of eggs into the disk, and the egg breaking rate is within 3%. This study improves the efficiency of egg collection, saves labor force, and lays the foundation for the automatic grading design of eggs.
