蜂蜜對三聚氰胺與三聚氰酸攻毒小鼠免疫細胞的調(diào)節(jié)作用研究

【摘要】:為研究蜂蜜對三聚氰胺及其同系物作用對小鼠免疫細胞的影響,同時研究蜂蜜作為天然解毒劑的作用,本試驗以KM小鼠作為試驗動物,分為三聚氰胺組、三聚氰胺+三聚氰酸聯(lián)合組、三聚氰胺+蜂蜜組、聯(lián)合+蜂蜜組及對照組5個試驗組。小鼠隔天灌胃28d后,經(jīng)眼球采血,采用全自動血液分析儀和流式細胞儀檢測外周血和淋巴細胞亞群的變化。結(jié)果表明:三聚氰胺與三聚氰酸聯(lián)合攻毒能導致白細胞和淋巴細胞數(shù)目顯著升高(p0.05);與空白對照組相比,聯(lián)合攻毒組小鼠CD4~+/CD8~+值顯著下降(p0.05);從CD138~+表達率上看,單獨及聯(lián)合攻毒組均顯著降低(p0.05)。三聚氰胺類物質(zhì)能夠影響機體免疫細胞的應答反應,對小鼠免疫功能產(chǎn)生一定的抑制作用,而蜂蜜對這種抑制具有一定的緩解作用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of honey on the immune cells of mice and its homologues, and to study the effect of honey as a natural antivirus agent, KM mice were divided into five groups: trimethamine group, cyanuric acid combined group, melamine honey group, combined honey group and control group. After 28 days of intragastric administration of mice, blood samples were collected from the eyeball, and the changes of peripheral blood and lymphocyte subsets were detected by automatic blood analyzer and flow cytometry. The results showed that the number of leukocytes and lymphocytes increased significantly (p0.05), the CD4~ / CD8~ ratio of mice in the combined challenge group was significantly lower than that in the blank control group (p0.05), and the expression rate of CD138~ in the combined challenge group was significantly lower than that in the combined challenge group (p0.05). Melamine can affect the response of immune cells and inhibit the immune function of mice, while honey has a certain remission effect on this inhibition.
