中藥復(fù)方及拆方的抗炎、鎮(zhèn)痛、抑菌活性評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:為了研究中藥復(fù)方及其拆方的抗炎、鎮(zhèn)痛、抑菌活性,本研究采用二甲苯致小鼠耳腫脹模型及冰醋酸致小鼠毛細(xì)血管滲透方法觀察其對炎癥的影響;采用醋酸致小鼠扭體試驗(yàn)及熱板法觀察其對疼痛的影響;采用二倍稀釋法檢測其對大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌、沙門氏菌的最小抑菌濃度(MIC)和最小殺菌濃度(MBC)?寡捉Y(jié)果表明中藥復(fù)方及拆方對二甲苯致炎小鼠的耳腫脹度和小鼠腹腔毛細(xì)血管通透性降低差異不顯著(P0.05);鎮(zhèn)痛結(jié)果顯示中藥復(fù)方組、拆方都能極顯著的減少小鼠扭體次數(shù)(P0.01),但對熱刺激引發(fā)的小鼠痛反應(yīng)時(shí)間無明顯的延長(P0.05)作用;抑菌實(shí)驗(yàn)表明中藥復(fù)方在0.63 mg/mL濃度以上時(shí)對大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌表現(xiàn)出很好的抑菌效果,對沙門氏菌呈中度敏感,其MIC為9.375 mg/mL,但拆方抑菌效果不明顯。研究表明中藥復(fù)方及其拆方組合具有一定的鎮(zhèn)痛及抗菌活性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antibacterial activities of the traditional Chinese medicine compound and its components, the effects of xylene-induced swelling of the mouse ear and the capillary permeability of the mouse on the inflammation were studied in this study. The effects of acetic acid-induced writhing test and hot plate method on pain were observed. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella were detected by double dilution method. The anti-inflammatory results showed that there was no significant difference in the ear swelling degree and the permeability of the capillary in the mice (P0.05). The results showed that the number of writhing in the mice was significantly reduced (P 0.01). The inhibitory effect of the traditional Chinese medicine compound at the concentration of 0.63 mg/ mL showed a good antibacterial effect on the Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and the MIC of the compound was 9.375 mg/ mL. But the antibacterial effect is not obvious. The study indicated that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and its components had certain analgesic and antibacterial activity.
