某公司豬群主要疫病的感染情況調(diào)查

【摘要】:隨著規(guī)模養(yǎng)豬業(yè)的發(fā)展,規(guī);B(yǎng)豬場的疫病種類和數(shù)量均有增加的趨勢,從而對養(yǎng)豬業(yè)造成巨大的損失。為了了解規(guī);i場中主要疫病的感染情況,本人采用PCR和RT-PCR方法,結(jié)合細(xì)菌分離鑒定,2014年8月至2015年3月,對某集團(tuán)公司下屬分別來自福建、廣西、江西、上海、安徽5個(gè)省(市)的14個(gè)規(guī)模化豬場的126份組織樣品(發(fā)病豬的腦、肺臟、脾臟、腎臟、心臟、淋巴結(jié)、關(guān)節(jié)積液等)分別進(jìn)行了8種病原檢測。結(jié)果顯示:14個(gè)規(guī)模化豬場,86份樣品均有不同病原的感染,豬場和組織樣品的陽性率分別為100%(14/14)和68.25%(86/126)。其中,單獨(dú)或混合感染豬圓環(huán)病毒2型(PCV2)、豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征病毒(PRRSV)、豬瘟病毒(CSFV)、豬偽狂犬病毒(PRV)、豬肺炎支原體(Mhp)、豬傳染性胸膜肺炎放線桿菌(APP)、豬鏈球菌(SS)、副豬嗜血桿菌(HPS)的陽性樣品分別為50.79%(64/126)、24.6%(21/126)、7.14%(9/126)、0(0/126)、16.67%(21/126)、8.73%(11/126)、11.11%(14/126)、7.14%(9/126)。從感染的類型看,在86份陽性樣品中,單獨(dú)感染的樣品31份,占36.05%(31/86);混合感染的樣品55份,占63.95%(55/86)。從混合感染的類型看,在55份混合感染陽性樣品中,二重混合感染39份、三重混合感染15份、四重混合感染1份,分別占70.91%(39/55)、27.27%(15/55)和1.82%(1/55)。從混合感染的微生物種類看,在55份混合感染陽性樣品中,“病毒與病毒”混合感染的樣品19份、“病毒與細(xì)菌”混合感染的樣品36份,分別占34.55%(19/55)和65.45%(36/55)。從感染的優(yōu)勢病原分析,PCV2和/或PRRSV感染的樣品75份,占86份陽性樣品的87.21%。其中,“PCV2+PRRSV(+其它病原)”混合感染的樣品20份,占所有55份混合感染樣品的36.36%。結(jié)果表明:該集團(tuán)公司下屬規(guī)模豬場普遍存在病毒與細(xì)菌感染;感染類型復(fù)雜多樣,混合感染相當(dāng)普遍,以“PCV2十PRRSV(+其它病原)”混合感染最為常見。對分離得到的11株APP、14株SS、9株HPS進(jìn)行藥物敏感性試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明3種分離菌對14種抗菌素的敏感性不同,其中SS與HPS對頭孢噻肟與頭孢曲松鈉敏感度極高,而APP對恩諾沙星敏感性極高。
[Abstract]:With the development of large-scale pig industry, the species and quantity of epidemic diseases in large-scale pig farms have an increasing trend, which causes great losses to pig industry. In order to understand the infection of the main epidemic diseases in large-scale pig farms, I used PCR and RT-PCR methods, combined with bacterial isolation and identification. From August 2014 to March 2015, 126 tissue samples (brain, lung, spleen, kidney, heart, lymph nodes) from 14 large-scale pig farms in Fujian, Guangxi, Jiangxi, Shanghai and Anhui provinces (cities) were collected from 14 large-scale pig farms in Fujian, Guangxi, Jiangxi, Shanghai and Anhui provinces (including brain, lung, spleen, kidney, heart and lymph nodes).
