【摘要】：本文通過查閱國內(nèi)文獻(xiàn),歸納總結(jié)了不同環(huán)丙沙星制劑中環(huán)丙沙星含量檢測方法的研究進(jìn)展,包括紫外分光光度法、原子吸收光譜法、熒光光度法、高效液相色譜法等,為其質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)和體內(nèi)藥動(dòng)學(xué)的研究提供依據(jù),并為環(huán)丙沙星含量測定方法的進(jìn)一步研究提供文獻(xiàn)依據(jù)和分析思路。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the research progress of ciprofloxacin content detection methods in different ciprofloxacin preparations was summarized by consulting the domestic literature, including ultraviolet spectrophotometry, atomic absorption spectrometry, fluorescence spectrophotometry, high performance liquid chromatography and so on, which provided the basis for the quality evaluation and pharmacokinetics of ciprofloxacin in vivo, and provided the literature basis and analysis idea for the further study of ciprofloxacin content determination method.
