飼養(yǎng)方式對蘇尼特羊背最長肌miR-30a、miR-223、miR-128和miR-486表達(dá)及肉品質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:選擇不同飼養(yǎng)條件下12月齡蘇尼特羊的背最長肌為實(shí)驗(yàn)材料,通過測定4種miRNAs的表達(dá)量與肉品質(zhì),研究不同飼養(yǎng)方式對miRNAs表達(dá)量及肉品質(zhì)的影響。結(jié)果表明,放牧蘇尼特羊背最長肌嫩度高于圈養(yǎng),而圈養(yǎng)紅度值顯著高于放牧(P0.05)。圈養(yǎng)蘇尼特羊背最長肌pH_2著高于放牧(P0.05)。2種飼養(yǎng)方式下,4個miRNA均有表達(dá),且放牧蘇尼特羊背最長肌miRNAs基因表達(dá)量高于圈養(yǎng)。蘇尼特羊miR-30a與紅度值呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。不同飼養(yǎng)方式對miR-128、miR-486、miR-30a、miR-223的表達(dá)有影響,并進(jìn)一步影響肉的品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:The longissimus dorsi muscle of 12-month-old Sunita sheep was selected as experimental material. The effects of different feeding methods on the expression of miRNAs and meat quality were studied by measuring the expression of four kinds of miRNAs and meat quality. The results showed that the longest muscle tenderness of the back of grazing Sunita sheep was higher than that of captive culture, and the redness of captive culture was significantly higher than that of grazing (P 0.05). The pH_2 of the longissimus dorsi muscle of Sunita sheep in captivity was higher than that of grazing (P 0.05). Under the two feeding methods, the expression of miRNAs gene in the longissimus dorsi muscle of grazing Sunita sheep was higher than that in captivity. There was a significant negative correlation between miR-30a and redness in Sunita sheep (P 0.05). Different feeding methods had an effect on the expression of miR-128,miR-486,miR-30a,miR-223 and further affected the quality of meat.
