蒲公英水提物對(duì)肉仔雞生長性能及免疫機(jī)能影響研究

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在探討蒲公英水提物對(duì)肉仔雞生長性能和免疫機(jī)能的影響。選擇200只1日齡的愛拔益加(AA)肉仔雞,隨機(jī)分為A、B、C、D,4個(gè)組,每組5個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)10只雞,A、B、C組分別在基礎(chǔ)飼糧中添加0.5%、0.75%、1%蒲公英水提物,這4個(gè)組中空白對(duì)照組是D組。我一共用42d來做這個(gè)試驗(yàn)。定期測定每組肉雞的生長快慢和其生產(chǎn)性能、免疫器官功能指標(biāo)和新城疫抗體滴度如何,測定肉仔雞,胴體優(yōu)劣、肉質(zhì)優(yōu)劣。我們研究不一樣的添加劑量的蒲公英水提物對(duì)肉仔雞生產(chǎn)性能和免疫機(jī)能的影響。測21日齡和42日齡每只肉雞的平均日增重、平均日采食量以及料肉比;在試驗(yàn)結(jié)束時(shí)做肉雞品質(zhì)檢測及肌肉品質(zhì)測定;分別在試驗(yàn)的第14d、21d、28d、35d,每組選取5只體重相近的健康雞進(jìn)行采血,取宰殺后試驗(yàn)雞的胸腺、脾臟、法氏囊,用濾紙吸干血液后稱重,并計(jì)算其免疫器官指數(shù)。試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)在日糧中添加0.75%的蒲公英水提物添加組平均每天增長體重比對(duì)照組增長體重提高了18.6%(P0.01);C組在每天飼喂過程中日糧添加1%,每天吃的飼料和體重增長的比值比對(duì)照組的雞下降了7.8%(P0.05)。(2)各處理組的半凈膛率沒有明顯的差異(P0.05);0.75%、1%添加組的雞的全凈膛率明顯的高于對(duì)照組雞的全凈膛率(P0.05)。腿肌率和胸肌率:1%添加組高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);各組雞的脂肪率之間基本上差不多,差異不明顯。(3)差異不大的有水分、肉的顏色、肌肉蛋白質(zhì)(P0.05)表現(xiàn)在其他每個(gè)處理組雞,其它各組雞(P0.05)的肌間脂肪含量、肌肉嫩程度很明顯的低于0.75%添加組雞,而雞的肌肉pH很明顯的高于0.75%添加組雞。(4)采用中藥成分的添加劑飼養(yǎng)肉仔雞可以很明顯的提高雞的成活率,它的效果顯著比對(duì)照組的雞好。其中添加0.75%的蒲公英水提物具有顯著的預(yù)防的作用,達(dá)到98%成活率。我們?cè)囼?yàn)結(jié)果表明:在每天飼喂的飼料中添加0.75%的蒲公英水提物,能夠提高肉仔雞生長性能,對(duì)肉雞仔胴體品質(zhì)和肉質(zhì)的改善起到很大的作用,對(duì)肉仔雞的防病能力有很大提高。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dandelion water extract on growth performance and immune function of broilers. Two hundred 1-day-old Ebayi plus (AA) broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups, 5 replicates in each group, 10 chickens in each group, A, B, C and 0.75% in the basal diet, respectively. 1% dandelion water extract, the blank control group was group D. It took me a total of 42 days to do the experiment. The growth rate and performance of each group of broilers, the functional indexes of immune organs and the titer of Newcastle disease antibody were measured regularly, and the carcass and meat quality of broilers were measured. We studied the effects of dandelion water extract with different additives on performance and immune function of broilers. The average daily gain, average daily feed intake and feed / meat ratio of 21-day-old and 42-day-old broilers were measured, and the quality and muscle quality of broilers were measured at the end of the experiment. On the 14th, 21st, 28th and 35th day of the experiment, 5 healthy chickens of similar weight were selected for blood collection. The thymic gland, spleen and bursa of the tested chickens were collected and weighed with filter paper to dry the blood, and the immune organ index was calculated. The results showed that: (1) the average daily weight gain of the group supplemented with 0.75% dandelion water extract was 18.6% higher than that of the control group (P01); The ratio of daily feed to body weight gain in group C was 7.8% lower than that in control group (P 0.05). (2), and there was no significant difference in semi-evisceration rate among treatment groups (P 0.05), and the ratio of feed to body weight gain in group C was 7.8% lower than that in control group (P 0.05). The total evisceration rate of the chickens in the 1% group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the total evisceration rate of the chickens in the 1% group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Leg muscle rate and chest muscle rate: 1% addition group was higher than the control group (P 0.05); The fat percentage of each group was basically the same, but the difference was not obvious. (3) there was no significant difference in moisture, meat color and muscle protein (P 0.05) in each other treatment group. The muscle fat content and muscle tenderness of the other groups (P 0.05) were significantly lower than 0.75% of the chickens in the addition group. The muscle pH of chickens was significantly higher than that of 0.75% added group. (4) the survival rate of broilers fed with additives of traditional Chinese medicine could significantly improve the survival rate of broilers, and its effect was significantly better than that of the control group. Among them, 0.75% dandelion water extract had significant preventive effect, reaching 98% survival rate. The results showed that 0.75% dandelion water extract could improve the growth performance of broilers and improve the carcass quality and meat quality of broilers. The disease prevention ability of broilers has been greatly improved.
