亞臨床酮病奶牛的氧化抗氧化狀態(tài)和乳品質(zhì)

【摘要】:為研究亞臨床酮病奶牛的氧化應(yīng)激狀態(tài)及其對奶牛乳品質(zhì)的影響,分別選取21頭亞臨床酮病奶牛和21頭健康奶牛,通過尾靜脈采集非抗凝血,用于氧化抗氧化指標的檢測;同時收集新鮮乳樣,用于乳成分的檢測。結(jié)果表明,與健康奶牛相比,亞臨床酮病奶牛的總抗氧化能力、谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶、乳蛋白和總固形物活性、血清葡萄糖顯著或極顯著降低(P0.05;P0.01),乳脂肪比、非酯化脂肪酸、β-羥基丁酸、丙二醛含量顯著或極顯著升高(P0.05;P0.01)。由此可見,亞臨床酮病奶牛體內(nèi)存在氧化應(yīng)激,主要抗氧化酶活性降低,并且氧化應(yīng)激狀態(tài)顯著高于健康奶牛,乳品質(zhì)低于健康奶牛。
[Abstract]:In order to study the oxidative stress state of subclinical ketosis cows and its effect on milk quality of dairy cows, 21 subclinical ketosis cows and 21 healthy cows were selected to collect non-anticoagulant blood through tail vein for the detection of oxidative and antioxidant indexes. At the same time, fresh milk samples were collected for the detection of milk components. The results showed that compared with healthy cows, the total antioxidant capacity, glutathion peroxide, milk protein and total solid activity of subclinical ketosis cows and serum glucose were significantly or extremely significantly decreased (P0.05).
