日糧鈷添加水平對(duì)生長(zhǎng)獺兔生產(chǎn)性能、氮代謝性能和毛囊發(fā)育的影響

【摘要】:本課題研究日糧不同鈷添加水平對(duì)生長(zhǎng)獺兔生產(chǎn)性能、代謝性能和毛囊發(fā)育的影響。試驗(yàn)選取基線水平一致的生長(zhǎng)獺兔200只,隨機(jī)分為5組,分別飼喂不同鈷添加水平(0、0.1、0.4、1.6、6.4mg/kg)的試驗(yàn)日糧,采用單因素試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法研究其對(duì)生長(zhǎng)獺兔的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果如下:(1)在初始體重(IBW)無(wú)顯著差異的前提下,日糧鈷添加水平對(duì)試驗(yàn)?zāi)┢隗w重(EBW)有顯著影響(P0.05),對(duì)平均日采食量(ADI)(P0.01)有極顯著影響。對(duì)平均日增重(ADG)、料重比(F/G)、全凈膛率、半凈膛率、肉品質(zhì)、胸腺指數(shù)、脾指數(shù)、肝指數(shù)、腸絨毛高度、隱窩深度、V/C均無(wú)顯著影響(P0.05),隨著日糧鈷添加水平的升高,EBW、ADI、半凈膛率、胸腺指數(shù)、十二指腸絨毛高度均先升高后降低,并且都在0.4 mg/kg時(shí)最高。(2)日糧鈷添加水平對(duì)糞氮(FN)、可消化氮(DN)、DN/食入氮(IN)、沉積氮(RN)/DN、總蛋白和白蛋白均無(wú)顯著影響(P0.05),對(duì)IN、UN、RN、RN/IN有顯著影響(P0.05),并且隨著日糧鈷添加水平的升高,IN、RN和RN/IN先降低后升高,UN顯著降低,在鈷添加水平為0.4~1.6 mg/kg時(shí)達(dá)到最大值。日糧鈷添加水平對(duì)胰蛋白酶活有顯著影響(P0.05),在鈷添加水平為1.6 mg/kg時(shí)最高。日糧鈷添加水平對(duì)血清尿素含量有顯著影響(P0.05),隨著日糧鈷添加水平的升高,血清尿素先降低后升高,在鈷添加水平為1.6 mg/kg時(shí)最低。日糧鈷添加水平對(duì)糞、尿、肌肉、脾臟和腎臟中鈷含量有顯著影響(P0.05),并且隨著日糧鈷添加水平的升高,鈷含量均顯著增加。(3)日糧鈷添加水平對(duì)獺兔的皮張面積、皮張重量、皮張厚度沒(méi)有顯著影響(P0.05)。隨著日糧鈷添加水平的升高,皮張重量呈現(xiàn)先增加后降低的趨勢(shì),且在鈷添加水平為0.4mg/kg時(shí)最高。日糧鈷添加水平對(duì)獺兔的被毛長(zhǎng)度、毛囊密度有顯著性影響(P0.05),隨著日糧鈷添加水平的升高,毛囊密度呈現(xiàn)先增加后降低的趨勢(shì),鈷添加水平為6.4mg/kg時(shí)毛囊密度最低可能是因?yàn)殁捥砑恿刻邔?dǎo)致輕微中毒。分別選取鈷添加量為0和6.4 mg/kg的組進(jìn)行熒光定量分析和Western Blotting技術(shù)分析,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)日糧鈷添加水平對(duì)Tyrosinase、BMP2、BMP4有顯著性影響(P0.05),并且高鈷日糧組比低鈷日糧組表達(dá)水平都升高,表明Tyrosinase、BMP2、BMP4參與了鈷對(duì)毛囊的調(diào)控,同時(shí)AMPK、Wntlob信號(hào)通路沒(méi)有參與鈷對(duì)毛囊的調(diào)控。綜合本試驗(yàn)測(cè)定指標(biāo),生長(zhǎng)獺兔日糧鈷適宜添加水平為0.4 mg/kg(實(shí)際日糧中鈷含量為0.60 mg/kg),其中鈷添加量為6.4mg/kg時(shí)獺兔有輕微中毒癥狀。
