【摘要】：建立了一種可同時測定卡巴匹林鈣可溶性粉中卡巴匹林鈣和游離水楊酸含量的高效液相色譜方法。采用Agilent Zorbax XDB C18色譜柱,流動相為0.2%磷酸溶液-乙腈(70∶30,V/V),流速1.0 m L/min,檢測波長228 nm,柱溫30℃。結果表明卡巴匹林鈣和水楊酸在0.1~100μg/m L濃度范圍內線性關系良好,相關系數(shù)r均大于0.999;卡巴匹林鈣回收率為97.4%~101.1%,批內相對標準偏差為0.4%~1.3%,批間相對標準偏差為0.2%~0.5%;水楊酸回收率為96.9%~101.2%,批內相對標準偏差為0.5%~1.5%,批間相對標準偏差為0.2%~0.5%。方法操作簡便、準確、可靠,可用于卡巴匹林鈣可溶性粉的質量控制。
