【摘要】：為了觀察葛根芩連湯對感染大腸桿菌小鼠的防治作用,試驗(yàn)采用將葛根芩連湯制成濃度為1 g/mL、0.5 g/mL、0.25 g/mL的藥液,分別對小鼠進(jìn)行灌胃,試驗(yàn)分為治療試驗(yàn)和預(yù)防試驗(yàn),記錄攻毒后48 h內(nèi)小鼠的死亡數(shù),并計(jì)算其死亡率;同時(shí)于攻毒前(0小時(shí))和攻毒后第6小時(shí)、12小時(shí)、18小時(shí)、24小時(shí)和48小時(shí)用溫度傳感器檢測各組小鼠肛門周圍的體表溫度。結(jié)果表明:在預(yù)防試驗(yàn)中,預(yù)防高劑量組小鼠的存活率達(dá)到80%;在治療試驗(yàn)中,治療高劑量組小鼠的死亡率極顯著低于陰性對照組(P0.01),治療中劑量組小鼠的死亡率顯著低于陰性對照組(P0.05)。在預(yù)防試驗(yàn)第6,12小時(shí),預(yù)防高、中、低劑量組小鼠的體溫與陰性對照組相比差異顯著(P0.05);在治療試驗(yàn)第6,18小時(shí),治療高、中、低劑量組小鼠的體溫與陰性對照組相比差異顯著(P0.05)。說明葛根芩連湯對感染大腸桿菌的小鼠具有較好的預(yù)防和治療效果。
[Abstract]:In order to observe the preventive and therapeutic effect of Gegen Qinlian decoction on mice infected with Escherichia coli, the mice were treated with Gegen Qinlian decoction at the concentration of 1 g 路mL, 0.5 g / mL and 0.25 g/mL, respectively. The experiment was divided into treatment test and prevention test. The death rate of mice within 48 hours after challenge was recorded, and the mortality rate was calculated. At the same time, the body surface temperature around anus of mice in each group was measured by temperature sensor before (0 hours) and 6 hours, 12 hours, 18 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours after challenge. The results showed that the survival rate of mice in the high dose group was 80%. In the treatment test, the mortality of the high dose group was significantly lower than that of the negative control group (P 0.01), and the mortality of the middle dose group was significantly lower than that of the negative control group (P 0.05). At the 6th and 12th hours of the prevention test, the body temperature of the mice in the high, middle and low dose groups was significantly different from that in the negative control group (P 0.05). At the 6th and 18th hours of the treatment trial, the body temperature of the mice in the high, middle and low dose groups was significantly different from that in the negative control group (P 0.05). The results showed that Gegen Qinlian decoction had a good preventive and therapeutic effect on mice infected with Escherichia coli.
